Unfortunately, add-ons cannot be purchased if your area is not covered by the delivery service.

 

4. Can my delivery address be different from my CelcomDigi fibre registration address? 

Yes, your delivery address can be different from your CelcomDigi fibre registration address.

 

5. How can I check my delivery status?

On the day of delivery, the courier company will send an SMS to the customer containing the consignment note number. The SMS will also include a contact number for customers to reschedule the delivery or arrange for self-collection.

6. Will I be notified prior to the delivery of my device(s)?

Customers will be notified of the delivery arrangement. The delivery of the items will be made within the agreed date. The customer acknowledges that the delivery slots are subject to availability. Any changes or delays will be communicated to the customer in advance.

 

7. Are there installation services provided for the following devices?

No, there will be no installation services provided for Xiaomi products.

 3. What is the warranty period for all devices under Smart Home add-ons?

AqaraAqara products come with a 1-year warranty.

All Xiaomi Products

1 Year for the main product, and 6 Months for accessories. The standard warranty policy applies to end consumers, and they need to walk in to the nearest service centre for troubleshooting.
