CelcomDigi Fibre Sabah CTSB Offer

Note: Any monthly rebates will take up to 60 days upon fibre line activation to be reflected in your monthly bill. This means you may still need to pay the full amount in your first and second month's bills before you start enjoying your entitled rebates. 


1. What is the CelcomDigi Fibre Sabah CTSB offer?  

CelcomDigi mobile customers in Sabah CTSB areas will get to enjoy special low pricing for CelcomDigi Fibre plan 100Mbps and above. 

The campaign runs from 8 August 2024 – 31 December 2024. 


2. Who can sign up for CelcomDigi Fibre Sabah CTSB offer campaign? 

Anyone who is 18 years old and above residing in Sabah CTSB areas only. Please note that if you are a foreigner, a RM500 deposit will be required.   


Eligibility & Criteria:

  • Applicable to CTSB infra only  
  • Applicable for 1 NRIC per fibre account only 
  • Open to all Postpaid subscribers with any monthly commitment & Non-Postpaid subscribers in Sabah. 
  • New pricing will reflect plan 100Mbps, 300Mbps, 500Mbps & 1Gbps. 

 

3. How do I sign up for this offer? 

Just fill up this here and our staff will be in touch to make arrangements. Alternatively, you may visit any of CelcomDigi roadshows, or walk in to the nearest Celcom or Digi stores. 

 

4. What are the plans offering and fees for CelcomDigi Fibre Sabah CTSB offer?

5. I am currently an existing Celcom/Digi fibre customer. Can I enjoy this offer? 

No, this offer is open for new fibre customers only. 


6. Does this offer come with a contract?  

Yes, all new CelcomDigi Fibre plans come with a 24-month contract. The promotional price is valid for 24 months from your activation date and subsequently the price will revert to standard Sabah plan price as per corresponding speed.  


7. Will I still be eligible for the offer if I subscribe during the offer period but schedule installation after it ends? 

Yes, you will still be eligible for the offer as long as you register during the offer period. 


8. Am I allowed to change my CelcomDigi Fibre plan during my contract period?  

Yes, you are allowed to upgrade or downgrade your CelcomDigi Fibre plan at any time even during the contract period. Upgrades and downgrades are free of charge, however for each downgrade request, your contract will be refreshed to a new 24-motnh contract.


9. What will happen to my offer rebates if I change my CelcomDigi Fibre plan during my contract period?  

Your rebates for this offer will be dropped.


10. Will I still enjoy the same offer pricing after my contract period ends? 

No, but you will get to enjoy the normal offer pricing after the 24-months without any contract. 


11. What happens if I terminate my CelcomDigi fibre own build plan within the contract period?  

If you decide to terminate your plan within the contract period, you will be charged an early termination fee. Termination charges will be based on a minimum amount of RM500, or the remaining contract value (Number of months remaining * monthly fibre fee), whichever is higher. 


12. I’m a new 1Gbps customer with free premium WiFi 6 router, am I allowed to change my CelcomDigi Fibre plan? 

You will not be able to downgrade your plan during the contract period. 


13. I just got my first fibre bill. Why don’t I see any rebates?  

It may take up to 60 days for any rebates to be reflected in your fibre bill.  


Hence in month 1 and month 2 you may still need to pay the full amount. But rest assured if that happens, month 3 onwards will be free and you will enjoy 6 months of free fibre.
