We provide free delivery to all locations nationwide. Please refer to the table below for specific areas that are included and excluded in our delivery service.

1. What is sooka?
sooka is an Over-the-Top (OTT) content streaming platform that offers a diverse range of entertainment content, including movies, TV shows, sports events, and more. Dive into hours of sports and fantastic local shows with Sooka. Gain access to premium content including exclusive original shows, blockbuster movies, and live sports events like the English Premier League and Badminton World Federation matches—all available on a 12 month sooka Premium subscription with no ads.
2. What does the sooka Premium subscription plan include?
The sooka Premium subscription enables streaming on up to three devices, including a TV, at up to 1080p resolution in Full HD.
3. Can you guide me through the process of activating my sooka subscription?
- After your payment is processed, you will receive an email within 2 working days confirming your eligibility for the subscribed sooka Premium plan, along with a unique coupon.

4. What is the refund or cancellation policy for sooka?
Unfortunately, refunds are not available after payment. You may continue to enjoy your favourite shows on sooka until your subscription expires.
5. How long is my unique coupon valid for? Do I have to activate it immediately?
Upon receiving your unique coupon, it remains valid for 1 week.
6. If I have an active sooka subscription, do I have to wait for my active sooka subscription to expire first before I activate my unique coupon?
The coupons can only be used for accounts that do not have an active subscription. In the event you have an active subscription, register for a new sooka account to use these coupons.
