1. What is the CelcomDigi Fibre FTTR Merdeka Campaign ?

The CelcomDigi Fibre FTTR Campaign offers is a limited time offer for FTTR 1+1 set up with free installation at only RM1,176 (RRP : RM1,920). This is applicable to all new & existing subscribers of CelcomDigi Fibre 300Mbps plans and above.

2. Who is eligible for FTTR Merdeka Campaign ?

Existing subscribers of CelcomDigi Fibre 300Mbps plans and above with installation address in Klang Valley* are eligible to opt for this exclusive deal.

3. How long will FTTR Merdeka Campaign be available?

The FTTR Merdeka Campaign period is from 13 August – 19 September 2024

4. If my home requires a FTTR setup  other than the offer, how can I purchase FTTR?  

Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you through the FTTR purchase process: 

Step 1: Ensure that you are subscribed to CelcomDigi 300 Mbps and above and that  you are in Klang Valley.

Step 2: To add CelcomDigi FTTR, provide your details and our fibre expert team will connect with you to understand your needs. 

Step 3: Receive Fibre-To-The-Room payment link and installation date. Kindly note that cancellations may incur a penalty.

Step 4: Our fibre expert installers will contact you to set up your FTTR installation. Get ready for an incredible CelcomDigi Fibre-To-The-Room experience!

6. What is included in a FTTR 1+1 setup?

These are the items provided to you:

Relocation:

1. If I need to move home, can I relocate my FTTR?

In the event that you need to move home, you will have to bring the parent unit, child unit, ATB4 port and ATB 2 port with you. You can then request for installation at additional cost depending on the new FTTR set up at your new home.

Termination:

1. I selected FTTR 1+1 as an add-on to my CelcomDigi Fibre plan and have set up an installation appointment. Can I change my mind?

Yes, you can change your selection at least 72 hours before your scheduled installation appointment. If you request a change after this 72-hour window, a cancellation fee of RM200 will apply.

2. What will happen to my FTTR devices if I decide to terminate my CelcomDigi Fibre service?

If you decide to terminate your CelcomDigi Fibre service, you may keep your FTTR devices.
