How to Find Your Router Username and Password: 

The router username and password is required to access your router settings or to change your network configuration. You may follow below step to retrieve the information on credentials that is required.  


Check the Router Label: Most CelcomDigi routers come with a label affixed to the body of the device either on the underside or back panel. This label usually contains the default login credentials, along with other information like the router’s IP address and serial number.

How to Change Your WiFi SSID and Password:

To change your WiFi credentials, you may follow the below step-by-step instructions that have been tailored to your specific router model.


For ZYXEL EX3300-TO Router Users: 

ZYXEL EX3300-T0 – Register Digi Fibre

 

1. Ensure your device is connected to the router via WiFi or LAN cable. 

2. Open a web browser on your device and enter 192.168.50.1 in the address bar, then press 'Enter'

Note: Recommended to use LAN cable and laptop/computer.

3. Enter the username and password as provided on the back of your router. 

4. After logging in, navigate to the WiFi settings and click on the arrow below the section.

5. Here, you can change the password for both 2.4G and 5G networks. Click ‘Save’ after making changes. 


For TP-Link EX510 CelcomDigi Router Users: 

TP Link Router EX510-AX3000 Dual-Band Wifi 6 Router



1, Ensure your device is connected to the router via WiFi or LAN cable. 

2. Open a web browser on your device and enter  http://192.168.1.1 in the address bar, then press 'Enter'

Note: Recommended to use LAN cable and laptop/computer

3. Log in with the following credentials: 

Username: customer 

Password: celcomdigi123 

4. Once logged in, access the WiFi settings where you can change both the WiFi username and password. 


Please note that after changing your WIFI credentials, all devices previously connected to your network will need to reconnect using the new details.
