1. Who is able to sign up for CelcomDigi WatchSIM?
- Customers that are on CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 80 and above and customers that are on CelcomDigi ONE plan.
- CelcomDigi WatchSIM is currently only applicable for Apple Watch series. CelcomDigi WatchSIM will not be useable with Android Watches such as Samsung Galaxy Watch Series, Google Pixel Watch Series & Huawei Watch Series.
2. What are the devices supported by CelcomDigi WatchSIM?
CelcomDigi WatchSIM is supported by iPhone SE, 6s and later with iOS 13.3 or later. The iPhone will need to be paired with Apple Watch Series 3 (GPS+ Cellular) or later, with WatchOS 6.1. or later.
3. How much quota do I get with CelcomDigi WatchSIM?
Your WatchSIM will come with its own 100GB quota.
4. Will all data usage on my Apple Watch consume the 100GB quota?
No, if your Apple Watch is connected to your iPhone via Bluetooth, it will consume your principal plan quota.
The 100GB will only be consumed if your Apple Watch is not connected to your iPhone via Bluetooth.
5. Where can I track the 100GB quota usage?
Celcom Life app
Step 1: On your Celcom Life app, click on 'Usage'
Step 2: Change to the 'Local' tab and select the 'Internet' tab
Step 3: The 100GB quota usage will be displayed as shown below.
MyDigi app
Step 1: On the MyDigi app, click on the hamburger icon on the top left corner
Step 2: Click on the mobile number dropdown and choose the mobile number with WatchSIM as the plan

6. On the MyDigi app, I can see a different mobile number for my CelcomDigi WatchSIM. What will happen if someone calls this number?
It will go straight to voicemail. Please do not share this number with anyone as they will not be able to call you on this number. If you would like someone to reach you on your Apple Watch, they may call the principal mobile number attached to the WatchSIM.
7. How do I sign up for WatchSIM?
You can sign up for WatchSIM by following the instructions below:
- Pair your Apple Watch to your iPhone. (Refer set up your Apple Watch for detailed instructions).
- Launch your Watch app on your iPhone and select ‘Mobile Data’. Click ‘Set Up Mobile Data’.
- Enter your NRIC number. Accept the Terms and Conditions and continue.
- Click ‘Done’ to complete the subscription. The ‘i’ icon should appear once subscription is completed.
8. Can I unsubscribe/ re-subscribe/ suspend my CelcomDigi WatchSIM?
Yes, you can. You will need to walk into a CelcomDigi Store/ Celcom bluecube/ Digi Store to unsubscribe or re-subscribe to a CelcomDigi WatchSIM service.
9. I am currently on Celcom NUMBERshare or Digi AirSIM with Apple Watch. What will happen to my subscription?
You can continue using the current NUMBERshare or AirSIM. However, if you choose to terminate or change watch, you will need to change your plan to CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 80 and above or CelcomDigi ONE Plan and subscribe to the new WatchSIM.
10. I am currently on Celcom NUMBERshare or Digi AirSIM with Apple Watch. What will happen if I change my postpaid plan?
Your Celcom NUMBERshare or Digi AirSIM will be terminated before the change of plan. You will need to change your plan to CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 80 and above or CelcomDigi ONE plan and subscribe to the new WatchSIM.
11. I am having a connection issue with my WatchSIM. What should I do?
