SIM Replacement


You can request for a physical SIM replacement at the following locations:


Please ensure that your account is active with no outstanding bills before initiating the request. The request for a physical SIM replacement can only be made by the registered account owner, who must be present at the store with their NRIC.


eSIM Replacement

You can go to our Online Store and request for eSIM replacement.


SIM/eSIM replacement can be done due to the following reasons:

  • To replace a faulty SIM card
  • To replace a faulty eSIM
  • To replace a SIM card due to lost and stolen

Charges for SIM/eSIM Replacement
