How to download my annual bill statement?

Postpaid subscribers can download your annual bill statement via Celcom Life Hub/ MyDigi Web.


Celcom Life Hub

Step 1: On your desktop browser, go to Celcom Life Hub

Step 2: Enter your email/ mobile number and password. Then, tap 'Log In'

Step 3: Enter the one-time PIN for verification purposes

Step 4: Once landed on the homepage, tap on ‘Billing’

Step 5: Click on ‘Yearly Tax Statement’, select your mobile number and statement year. Then, tap 'Download'.


MyDigi Web

Step 1: On your desktop browser, go to MyDigi Web

Step 2: Enter your email/ mobile number and password. Then, tap 'Log In'

Step 3: Enter the one-time PIN for verification purposes

Step 4: Once landed on the homepage, tap on ‘Bill Payment/ History’ 

Step 5: Under the ‘Annual Bill Statement’ tab, select your annual statement year and tap 'Download'.


Note: This feature is only available for postpaid account subscriber.
