When is my bill due date?

The easiest way to check your bill due date and payment status is through the CelcomDigi app. 

Your bill due date is displayed directly on the app homepage, allowing you to quickly view: 

Your outstanding bill amount  Your payment due date  Your latest payment status  Available payment options

While CelcomDigi sends SMS reminders before your bill becomes overdue, SMS delivery may be affected by device settings, spam filters, or blocked sender codes.

Not Receiving SMS Reminders?

If you are not receiving SMS reminders from CelcomDigi, please check the following: 

For iPhone:

1. Go to Settings > Phone > Blocked Contacts 
2. Ensure CelcomDigi sender codes are not blocked.

For Android:

1. Go to Settings > Messages > Blocked Numbers 
2. Ensure CelcomDigi sender codes are not blocked.

Third-Party SMS Filtering Apps

If you use apps such as Truecaller or other SMS filtering applications, check that messages from CelcomDigi sender codes are not being blocked.
