1. What is the trade-in of devices about?
CelcomDigi customers can now conveniently trade in their old smartphones via the following methods:
- Walk into any Celcom bluecube, Digi Store, and CelcomDigi store nationwide.
- Initiate the trade-in online via the CelcomDigi Trade-In page and request a pick-up of their trade-in device from their location.
2. When is the offer period?
This service commences from 3rd September 2024 onwards.
3. How will I receive payment for my device?
Customers will receive the value of their trade-in credited to their specified bank account, up to 7 working days from the point of handing over the device.

5. What do I need to do before I trade in my device?
- Get a Trade-In value quotation
- Visit CelcomDigi Trade-In page if you would like to schedule a pick-up from your location.
- Download the CompAsia app to perform the self-diagnosis on your device and receive a quotation. You may also perform this step in-store
- Back up and erase all personal data
- Before trading in your device, back up the device and perform a factory reset before handing it over.
6. How many devices can I trade in?
You may trade in only one device per transaction, limited to two transactions per customers per year.
7. What are the types of extra cash offers and how do I enjoy them?
- Extra Cash of up to RM200
- Eligible for all customers who trade-in the eligible devices based on below device list.
- Customers are not required to purchase a new device with CelcomDigi in order to enjoy this particular offering of Extra Cash up to RM200.
8. Where can I trade in during this campaign period to enjoy the Extra Cash offers?
- Participating Celcom, Digi and CelcomDigi stores nationwide (excluding airport outlets).
- Schedule a pick-up from your location via the CelcomDigi Trade-In microsite, subject to coverage by CompAsia.
