1. What is the trade-in of devices about?

CelcomDigi customers can now conveniently trade-in their devices, including smartphones, tablets, and smartwatches via the CompAsia app. With this trade-in offer, customers can receive instant credit through CompAsia, making it a hassle-free process.

2. Who is eligible to trade-in devices?
Any phone device owner.

3. What devices can I trade-in for cash?

You can trade-in used smartphones, wearables and tablets. Download the CompAsia app to find out more.

4. Where can I trade-in my devices?

You can trade-in your devices by downloading the latest CompAsia app and having your device diagnosed and evaluated through it.

Please note that trading in devices in-store is not available at the moment. Stay tuned for further updates.

5. Where can I drop off the devices I'd like to trade-in? 

Once you have had the device evaluated, you have the option to either drop it off at a designated CompAsia outlet or choose CompAsia to pick it up from your location.
