1. Can I enjoy RM10 rebate with contract?
Effective 27th February 2025, Celcom Digi ONE Lite customers can no longer subscribe to RM10 rebate with contract. Customers that have subscribed to the offer prior to 27th February will still be able to enjoy the rebate for the remaining contract duration.
2. How do I get to enjoy the RM20 Rebate as an existing customer?
Customer will automatically enjoy the rebate within 3 days as long as your Postpaid length of stay is more than 15 days at the point of change of plan.
The rebate will be valid for 24 months. After 24 months, it will auto-renew as long as customer remains on the plan.
3. Can I downgrade my ONE Pro/Ultra to ONE Lite?
Yes. Do note that if you have opted for the 5G Home Wifi for your ONE Plan, it will be downgraded to the 5G Home Wifi with 100Mbps speed and your contract will be carried forward.
Additionally, if you currently have a contract on your ONE Pro/Ultra, penalty will be triggered as this will be a plan downgrade.
4. Can I upgrade the 100mbps FWA to the uncapped FWA?
No.
