1. Can I enjoy RM10 rebate with contract?
The RM10 rebate applies to the ONE Lite service contract only, the rebate duration will be 12 months.
2. How do I get to enjoy the RM20 Rebate as an existing customer?
Customer will automatically enjoy the rebate within 3 days as long as your Postpaid length of stay is more than 15 days at the point of change of plan.
The rebate will be valid for 24 months. After 24 months, it will auto-renew as long as customer remains on the plan.
3. Can I downgrade my ONE Pro/Ultra to ONE Lite?
Yes. Do note that if you have opted for the 5G Home Wifi for your ONE Plan, it will be downgraded to the 5G Home Wifi with 100mbps speed and your contract will be carried forward.
Additionally, if you currently have a contract on your ONE Pro/Ultra, penalty will be triggered as this will be a plan downgrade.
4. I am currently on postpaid plan with a device contract? Can I change my plan to CelcomDigi ONE Lite?
As device offering is not available yet on CelcomDigi ONE Lite, customer with device contract will not be able to change to CelcomDigi ONE Lite plan.
