2. Fees & Payment
1. How much do I need to pay upon registration?

Your 1st monthly commitment will be pro-rated.

2. Is there any foreigner deposit to sign up for this plan?
Foreigner deposit may be applicable.

3. If I port-in my line from other service provider to CelcomDigi, do I enjoy a waiver for the plan upfront?
Yes, your upfront fee is waived for all the lines that you port-in to CelcomDigi at all the physical stores only.

4. Who will be charged with the processing fee?
All new, Pre2Post, MNP registration would be charged with processing fee in the first bill.

5. Who will be charged with the SIM fee?
All new and MNP registration in-store would be charged with SIM fee in the first bill.


3. Signing Up
You can sign up for the plan at:

  • Digi Store
  • Digi Store Express
  • Digi Dealer (Malaysians only)
  • Celcom bluecube
  • Celcom Certified Partner
  • Celcom Dealer (Malaysians only)

Any Malaysian citizens, permanent residence or foreign nationals with valid long term stay permit; age 18 and above may register for postpaid line with CelcomDigi.


4. Freedom Add-Ons
  • All subscribers may enjoy RM120 savings on the postpaid principal plan by signing up for a 12 months contract.
  • In the event the subscribers wish to terminate the line before 12 months, a penalty fee of RM30 will be charged.

 

Termination fees are applicable to:

  • Early termination
  • Involuntary termination
  • Early renewal
  • Plan downgrade

 

The termination fee shall be waived for the following scenarios:
Plan Upgrade
Upgrade to Pakej MegaJimat or Easy360
  • Penalty charges will not apply if customer upgrades to a plan with equal or higher monthly commitment fee.
  • Freedom Add-Ons contract tenure will continue on the new plan. 
  • Customer must stay on Freedom Add-Ons for minimum of 2 consecutive billing and maintain the plan of equivalent monthly commitment value or higher.
  • Penalty charges will not apply if customer replace the Freedom Add-Ons contract with devices contract.
  • Customer must stay on Freedom Add-Ons for minimum of 2 consecutive billing and maintain the plan of equivalent monthly commitment value or higher.
