FAQ: CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Plan / ONE Plan Benefits

1. How do I enjoy the 50% roaming pass discount on the eligible CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G/ ONE Plan?
For a limited time, customers that sign up on CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Plan 120 and above/ CelcomDigi ONE plans from 1st Dec 2023 will get to enjoy 50% Discount on the 3-Day, 7-Day, 14-Day & 30-Day Roaming Passes. The offer will be available until 31st December 2024.
The Roaming Pass will be shown at its full price on the Celcom Life app & MyDigi app. You can proceed to buy the roaming pass and the 50% discount will be applied into your bill at the end of the bill cycle.
2. How do I enjoy the 50% supplementary line discount on the eligible CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Plan/ ONE Plan?
You will enjoy the supplementary line discount right away on your current bill cycle when you sign up for CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 160 Plan/ ONE Pro/ ONE Ultra. The discount will be applicable to both family line plans & GadgetSIM plans.
However, do note that your supplementary line will need to be in the same billing account as your principal line. Supplementary line that are on a different billing account will not be entitled for the rebate.
3. How do I enjoy the 2 dedicated lines of CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Family Plus included in the CelcomDigi ONE Ultra Plan?
Once you have activated the CelcomDigi ONE Ultra Plan, you can then either:
- Add line on dedicated CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Family Plus for CelcomDigi ONE Ultra Plan.
- Perform change of plan to the dedicated CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Family Plus for CelcomDigi ONE Ultra Plan.
Take note that:
- If any of the dedicated CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Family Plus included in the CelcomDigi ONE Ultra plan has been terminated/ moved to other accounts, you must proactively activate new supplementary line/ perform change of plan on other supplementary line to the dedicated CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Family Plus plan. Otherwise, any other existing supplementary lines under the same account will only enjoy 50% discount.
- If you have more than 2 dedicated CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Family Plus in your CelcomDigi ONE Ultra plan account, the excessive supplementary line will be moved to conventional chargeable CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Family Plus plan.
4. I am on CelcomDigi ONE Ultra Plan and is currently having 2 dedicated CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Family Plus lines included in the plan. How many other supplementary lines under the same billing account that get 50% supplementary line discount?
50% supplementary line discount can be applicable on 4 other supplementary lines.
5. Who can enjoy rebate on StreamMORE Disney+ Hotstar add ons?
Subscriber on CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 160/ ONE Pro can enjoy 50% on CelcomDigi Disney+ Hotstar add ons, when they performed subscription through principal mobile number.
StreamMORE Add-Ons will be shown at its full price on the Celcom Life & MyDigi app. You can proceed to buy addons and the 50% discount will be applied into your bill at the end of the bill cycle.

6. Is Disney+ Hotstar (Premium) included in CelcomDigi ONE Ultra Plan?
Yes. Customer will automatically enjoy this perk if:
- The principal mobile plan is on any Freedom Add-Ons/ device contract or have an existing contracted CelcomDigi Fibre Plan under the same NRIC, and
- CelcomDigi has an active partnership with Disney+ Hotstar.
