Subscription Fee for Phone Care Service

1. Do I have to pay any fees? 
There are two types of fees;  

  • Subscriptions fee – pay through monthly Celcom Bill for postpaid or upfront reload deduction for fixed term prepaid 
  • Swap/Replace Fee – pay upon the customers make Swap or Replace request. The payment is payable to Phone Care Service Provider; Asurion.

 

2. Is there any contract period for Phone Care? 
Celcom Postpaid and Prepaid customers will have an option to subscribe to either a monthly or a 12-months fixed term. For Celcom Postpaid subscriber, you can enjoy the service as long as you keep your monthly Celcom bill updated.  

 

3. Can I enrol Phone Care Program with my Celcom Enterprise Plan? 
Phone Care is available for Celcom Enterprise Plan and enrolment will be made through your company.  

 

4. I’m a subscriber of NewPhone, can I subscribe to Phone Care? 
No, all New Phone subscribers are not allowed for the following request until further notice. 

  • Change of device 
  • Service cancellation 
  • Subscribe to Phone Care 

 

5. I have a multi-SIM. Can I subscribe to Phone Care? 
You can subscribe to Phone Care. The primary IMEI will be kept for our record purposes. 

 

6. Are there any supporting documents required for enrolment? 
You would need to present a proof of purchase (Device Official Receipt) for your mobile
 device. Please note that there is a 30-days grace period from the device’s date of purchase in order to be eligible for enrolment.  

 

7. What do I need to pay?

The fee varies according to the type & Celcom recommended retail price of the device. Kindly refer to pricing table below. 


For any new subscription from 29 April 2021, the following fees applicable (the fees exclude Sales & Service Tax (SST) which will be collected if applicable).

  • Celcom Recommended Retail price is for reference only.
