1. What is Phone Care?
Phone Care allows you to swap or replace your enrolled EasyPhone Device for any eligible reasons (subject to the applicable phone Care Terms and Conditions)


Enrol Phone Care via Celcom bluecube and selected Celcom Certified Partners.

 

2. Who is eligible for Phone Care?
This service is open to all existing and new Celcom Postpaid and Prepaid subscribers. To subscribe to Phone Care, you need to:

  • Purchase a new mobile phone, tablet or wearable device (cellular enabled) with Celcom Mobile plan, or
  • If you are an existing Celcom subscriber, you can purchase a device without a new plan. However, you may only have one registered device on each Celcom mobile number or plan, or
  • If you have recently made a device purchase or EasyPhone with Celcom, you can register the mobile phone or tablet (with SIM Card) in full working condition within 30 days from the date of purchase (proof of purchase is required).

 

3. What are the services offered? 
There are two types of services offered:

 

a. Phone Swap
You can swap device like-for-like up to twice a year. Upon a swap request, you are required to return your enrolled device in exchange for a like-for-like device. Alternately, you may also choose to refurbish/refresh your existing device. (Click here for more information)

 

b. Phone Replacement
You can get a like-for-like replacement for their device (which is no longer in their possession) with the same or similar model up to twice a year. No report is required for the replacement
