Phone Care for Wearable Devices (like Apple Watch)

1. Does the Phone Care service include wearable devices like Apple Watch?
Yes, as an existing Celcom Postpaid and Prepaid customer, you can enrol to Phone Care service with your Apple Watch. 

 

2. I have purchased the wearable device from OEM or other third-party retailer, is my wearable device eligible to enrol Phone Care?
Currently, only non-limited-edition cellular enabled Apple Watches are eligible for Phone Care. If you did not purchase your Apple Watch from Celcom, you are still eligible to enrol, if it was purchased within (30 days) with a valid proof of purchase.

 

3. Does the wearable device requires a mobile number to be registered with it?
Yes. You are required to register your Apple Watch with an active Celcom mobile plan.

 

4. Can I subscribe Phone Care for both my mobile device and the wearable using one Celcom Postpaid plan?
No, only 1 mobile device or wearable can be registered with Phone Care under a postpaid plan.
