1. What is an Outright Device?

Outright Device allows Customers to buy a mobile device by paying the full device price upfront, without any contract or monthly commitment.

 

2. Who is eligible to purchase Outright Device?  

  • Any CelcomDigi Postpaid or Prepaid customers including principal and supplementary postpaid line holders.
  • Customers must be 18 years old or above.

 

3. How can I purchase an Outright Device?

You can purchase the device via the CelcomDigi Online Store or CelcomDigi Store.

  • Devices are subjected to stock availability.
  • Device purchase is limited to 2 devices per month per customer.

 

4. Can I use a voucher for my purchase?

Yes, if you have a valid CelcomDigi voucher, it can be redeemed online during checkout. Each voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

 

5. Can I cancel, return, or exchange a device after purchase?

No. All Outright Device Purchases are final. No cancellation, return, exchange, or refund is allowed.

 

6. Who is responsible for device warranty and maintenance?

After purchase, the Customer owns the device outright. Any defects, repairs, or warranty claims should be addressed directly with the device manufacturer, subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
