Roaming Benefits

1. How do I enjoy the 50% Roaming Pass Discount on the eligible CelcomDigi One 2026 Plan?

Customers that sign up on CelcomDigi One 2026 plan and above (principal & supplementary plans) will get to enjoy 50% discount on the 3-Day, 3-Day Unlimited, 7-Day Unlimited, 14-Day Unlimited and 30-Day Unlimited roaming passes. This benefit will be ongoing until further notice.

These one-time off roaming passes will be shown at their full price on the CelcomDigi app. You can proceed to purchase any of these one-time off roaming passes, and the 50% discount will be applied to your bill at the end of the bill cycle.

Supplementary Line Discount Benefit

2. How do I enjoy the 50% Supplementary Line Discount on the eligible CelcomDigi 2026 Plans?

You will enjoy the supplementary line discount right away on your current bill cycle when you sign up for CelcomDigi One 2026 Pro / One 2026 Ultra. The discount will be applicable to both Family Line plans & GadgetSIM plans. Please note that the discount only applies to supplementary lines below: 

• CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Supp 45 SE 2026; 
• CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Supp 65 SE 2026; 
• CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Supp 80 2026; 
• CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Supp 100 2026; 
• CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Supp 120 2026; 
• CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Supp 140 2026; 
• CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Supp 160 2026; 
• CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Supp 190 2026

However, do note that your supplementary line will need to be in the same billing account as your principal line. Supplementary lines that are on a different billing account will not be entitled for the rebate.

3. How do I enjoy the 2 dedicated lines of CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Family (One) 2026 included in the CelcomDigi One Ultra 2026 plan?

Once you have activated the CelcomDigi One Ultra 2026 plan, you can then either: 

• add line on dedicated CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Family (One) 2026 for CelcomDigi One 2026 Ultra plan.
• perform change of plan to the dedicated CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Family (One) for CelcomDigi One Ultra 2026 plan

Take note that: 

1. If any of the dedicated CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Family (One) 2026 included in the CelcomDigi One Ultra 2026 plan has been terminated / moved to other accounts, you must proactively activate new supplementary line / perform change of plan on other supplementary line to the dedicated CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Family (One) 2026 plan. Otherwise, any other existing supplementary lines under the same account will only enjoy 50% discount.
2. If you have more than 2 dedicated CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Family (One) 2026 in your CelcomDigi One Ultra 2026 plan account, the excessive supplementary line will be moved to conventional chargeable CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Family (One) 2026 plan.

4. I am on CelcomDigi One Ultra 2026 plan, and is currently having 2 dedicated CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Family (One) 2026 lines included in the plan. How many other supplementary lines under the same billing account that get 50% Supplementary Line Discount?

50% Supplementary Line Discount can be applicable on 4 other supplementary lines.

5. Is Disney+ subscription included in CelcomDigi One 2026 plan?

Yes. Customer will enjoy a Disney+ Premium subscription if they sign up for CelcomDigi One Ultra 2026 plan, and a Disney+ Basic subscription if they sign up for CelcomDigi One Pro 2026 plan.

Customer will automatically enjoy this perk if:

• the principal mobile plan is on One 2026 plan, and
• CelcomDigi has an active partnership with Disney+.

6. Is MobileSHIELD subscription included in CelcomDigi One 2026 plan?

Yes. Customer will enjoy MobileSHIELD subscription if they are under the CelcomDigi One Ultra 2026 plan. Additionally, the 2 dedicated CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Family (One) 2026 lines will also enjoy a MobileSHIELD subscription each.

7. I have a Disney+ or MobileSHIELD Mega Add Ons with my Postpaid 5G plan, can I upgrade to CelcomDigi One 2026 plan?

You may upgrade your plan however you must first terminate your Mega Add Ons and complete any penalty payments if applicable.

8. What is device outright discount? 

Device Outright discounts are discounts that apply to selected mobile devices offered by CelcomDigi, on a one-time purchase option, with full payment upfront. These selected devices are available via CelcomDigi Online, subject to device availability.
