1. When is the Apple Watch 2026 pre-order? 

Apple Watch 2026 pre-order period is from 11th September 2026 to 17th September 2026.

2. What models are eligible for the pre-order? 

The offer is applicable to the following Apple Watch models:

• Apple Watch Series 12
• Apple Watch Ultra 4

CelcomDigi Postpaid customers on eligible plans who pre-order the Apple Watch Series 12 and/or Apple Watch Ultra 4 outright (without contract) will enjoy either of the following WatchSIM offers:

4. Who is eligible for the WatchSIM offer?

The offer is available to customers with an active CelcomDigi Postpaid 2026 plan listed above. Customers who are currently on an earlier Postpaid plan must upgrade to an eligible Postpaid 2026 plan before pre-ordering to enjoy the WatchSIM offer.

5. How do I get the WatchSIM offer?

Sign in to the CelcomDigi online store using your active eligible CelcomDigi Postpaid 2026 line. Complete your Apple Watch outright pre-order. Enrol your WatchSIM after you have received your device.

Important: The CelcomDigi line used to activate WatchSIM must be the same line used for the Apple Watch outright pre-order.

6. When do I need to activate WatchSIM?

You must complete your WatchSIM enrolment by 3September 2026. The WatchSIM activation must also be completed using the same CelcomDigi line used for the Apple Watch outright pre-order.

7. When will I receive my WatchSIM rebate?

For customers eligible for the WatchSIM rebate, the rebate will be applied within 60 days after successful WatchSIM activation.

8. Where can I enrol for WatchSIM?

WatchSIM can be enrolled through the Apple Watch app on your compatible iPhone after completing the Apple Watch purchase/pre-order process.
