Device Sign-Up Checklist

1. All customers can sign up for devices via device instalment on Easy360 or bundle contract on Pakej MegaJimat, online and in-store.
2. To ensure a seamless sign-up process online, you may refer to the checklist below in preparation for owning your dream device with us.
- If you are already on a CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G or ONE plan (both primary and supplementary plans):
- Ensure there is no outstanding balance on your bills
- Ensure there is no existing contract with your plans
- Choose your device and sign up as usual
- If you are still on older Celcom or Digi postpaid/prepaid plans:
- Switch over to the latest CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G or ONE plans (together with your supplementary plans, if any)
- Ensure there is no outstanding balance on your bills
- Ensure there is no existing contract with your plans
- Choose your device and sign up as usual
- If you are switching to CelcomDigi and keeping your number:
- Switch over to the latest CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G or ONE plans (together with your supplementary plans, if any)
- Choose your device and sign up as usual
3. Lastly, you may also walk into any of our stores nationwide and our retail staff will also be able to assist with your desired device sign-up.
