A. HORSE2026 Voucher FAQ
1. What does the HORSE2026 voucher offer?
The HORSE2026 voucher gives you RM8 off your Spark mobile plan every month for up to three (3) consecutive months, as long as your plan renewals are successful. This voucher is applicable to both new and existing Spark customers.
2. Which Spark plans are eligible?
The voucher is applicable to:
- Spark Standard
- Spark Plus
Note:
The voucher cannot be used for boosters, roaming passes, add-ons, or other non-plan charges.
3. How long is the HORSE2026 voucher valid?
The voucher is valid for redemption until 2nd March 2026.
4. How does the HORSE2026 RM8 Discount work?
After redeeming the HORSE2026 voucher, you will get RM8 off your Spark plan on your first purchase and the next two renewals up to 3 months of savings. To keep receiving the HORSE2026 RM8 Discount, you must:
- Stay on the same Spark plan
- Keep auto-renewal on
- Have a valid credit or debit card
If any renewal fails or you change plan, the HORSE2026 discount will stop.
5. What if I am already using another voucher (e.g. SPARK5)?
You can choose to apply the HORSE2026 voucher at any time to enjoy RM8 off your monthly plan.
Please note:
- HORSE2026 will replace your existing voucher immediately
- The previous voucher will be removed and cannot be reused
- Only one voucher can be active at any time
6. What happens if I change my Spark plan?
If you switch to a different Spark plan, the HORSE2026 voucher will be forfeited and will not apply to the new plan. This means;
- Any remaining discount will not carry over
- The voucher cannot be used on the new plan
7. How many lines can use the HORSE2026 voucher?
Each Spark account:
- Can redeem the voucher once only
- Can apply it to one mobile number (MSISDN)
8. Why did my plan renewal fail when I used a HORSE 2026 voucher?
Your plan renewal may fail if:
- The voucher expired before your plan renewal date, or
- The same voucher was used on another number under the same account.
HORSE 2026 vouchers can only be used once per account.
9. Can I use the same HORSE 2026 voucher on another number while a plan change is scheduled?
No. If a HORSE 2026 voucher is already reserved for a scheduled plan change, using it on another number under the same account will cause the scheduled plan renewal to fail.

1. What CNY Booster offers are available?

2. How do I purchase or activate a CNY Booster?
Open the Spark App > Buy More > CNY Promo, select the CNY Booster you want and confirm your purchase. Activation is instant and starts automatically based on the booster type.
3. Can I buy more than one CNY Booster?
Yes. You can purchase multiple CNY Boosters during the promotion period.
Please note that:
- If you purchase more than one 1-Day App Booster, each pass will have its own 24-hour validity and will be used based on its activation time.
- If you purchase multiple Plan Boosters, the data quotas will be combined, and all data will follow your base plan validity.
4. Can CNY Booster data be used for hotspot?
Yes. Hotspot usage is supported for CNY Booster data.
5. What happens if I finish my CNY Booster data?
Once your CNY Booster quota is fully used:
- Data usage will revert to your base plan data
- You may purchase another CNY Booster instantly in the Spark App
6. When does the CNY Booster promotion end?
This is a limited-time promotion and will run until 2nd March 2026.
C. App-Based Data Usage (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube, TikTok & MLBB)
1. How is data deducted when multiple boosters are active?
When you use an app that is covered by a booster, data is deducted automatically from:
- 1-Day App Booster
- Plan Booster
- Base plan data
2. How do Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp boosters work?
Each booster is designed to cover data when you use that app directly:

These boosters work independently and protect usage inside each app.
3. Why does some usage come from another booster or my base plan?
Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp often share content with each other. This happens when you:
- Open Instagram or Facebook links inside WhatsApp
- Watch video previews shared across apps
- Click links that open an in-app browser
When this happens, some data may:
- Be deducted from another related app booster, or
- Use a small amount of your base plan
This is normal and is caused by how the apps load and display shared content.
4. Can I still use Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp normally?
Yes. You can continue using each app as usual. Your booster will be applied whenever the app is used directly.
5. How do YouTube, TikTok and MLBB boosters work?
These apps operate more independently. When used inside the app:
- Data is normally deducted fully from the relevant booster
- Ads, external links or embedded web content may use base plan data.
6. Is this a system error if some data uses my base plan?
No. Your boosters remain active and valid. Some shared or external content is handled by the app itself and may not be fully captured under one app booster.
7. Where can I check my booster balance?
You can see your booster usage and remaining balance in the Spark App Dashboard under My Plan or Daily Booster
