2. Who are eligible for these passes?
These passes are available for all new and existing prepaid and postpaid subscribers.
3. When is the campaign period?
These passes are available from 10 February until 9 March 2026.

5. How do I track the internet usage for this pass?
You can track and manage the internet usage via the CelcomDigi app, Celcom Life app, MyDigi app, or via the USSD short code by dialing *118#.
6. Can I do multiple purchases for these passes?
Yes, multiple purchases are allowed for these two passes.
7. What do I need to know about the internet quota?
Upon full utilization, any subsequent usage will be deducted from the monthly internet quota, or any other internet add-on subscription. Otherwise, internet usage will be throttled to the speed of 64Kbps.
8. How do I know if my purchase is successful?
You will receive an SMS upon successful purchase.
9. Is auto-renewal available for these passes?
No. This is a one-time purchase add-on.
10. Am I able to do tethering or hotspot to another device(s) or desktop?
- For the 700GB Video Pass, tethering or hotspot is not allowed.
- For the 3000GB Internet Pass, tethering or hotspot is allowed.
11. Can these passes be used while roaming?
No. It is only applicable for domestic use only (within Malaysia). Internet usage while roaming is chargeable on top of your monthly commitment at roaming charges.
12. What happens to unused internet quota on this pass?
Any unused internet quota will be forfeited upon expiry.
13. When exactly does this pass expire?
- For the 700GB Video Pass, the pass will be valid until 12:00 a.m. on the 6th day of the successful subscription.
- For the 3000GB Internet Pass, the pass will be valid until 12:00 a.m. on the 5th day of the successful subscription.
14. I am not a CelcomDigi user, can I purchase these passes?
You must be registered as a CelcomDigi customer to subscribe to the passes.
