FAQ: Google Pixel 10 Pre-Order


1. When can customers place a pre-order? 

Pre-orders will be available from 21 August 2025, 10:00 AM until 27 August 2025, 11:59 PM through the CelcomDigi website, while stocks last.


2. What are the benefits of signing up during the pre-order period?

Customers can pre-order the Google Pixel 10 with a CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 100 plan or higher.

Selected CelcomDigi plans include an exclusive pre-order bundle as detailed in the table below (while stocks last). CelcomDigi reserves the right to change the freebies at any time without prior notice.

3. Who is eligible to pre-order? 

  • New customers (including Port-Ins and Prepaid-to-Postpaid Conversions).
  • Existing customers without any contract and no call bar / restrictions.


4. Can customers with an existing contract opt for this plan?

No. Customers currently under contract are not eligible for this plan.

 

5. Is the device guaranteed when a customer places a pre-order?

Yes. The device is guaranteed upon full payment at the time of pre-order, based on the selected package price.


6. How to pre-order?

STEP 1: Log on to CelcomDigi Website: https://www.celcomdigi.com/devices/google

STEP 2: Select the preferred plan

STEP 3: Make upfront payment (Subject to eligibility)


7. What payment methods are available for online pre-orders?

Payment can be made using a credit or debit card at the time of pre-order.


8. How will the pre-ordered device be delivered?

Devices will be shipped to customers via courier. Delivery dates may vary depending on courier practices, delivery location, shipping method, and items ordered.


9. When will the customers receive the device? 

Devices will be delivered starting from 28 August 2025 onwards. 


10. Where can I trade in my device?

You can trade in your device by downloading the latest CompAsia app, where it will be diagnosed and evaluated. In-store trade-ins are currently unavailable. Stay tuned for updates.

11. Who is eligible for the free 2-month PhoneCARE "Swap & Replace" plan?

Customers who purchase the Google Pixel 10 during the pre-order period (21–27 August 2025) and opt in for the PhoneCARE Swap & Replace Plan are eligible.

 

12. How do I sign up for the free 2-month PhoneCARE "Swap & Replace" plan?

When pre-ordering, select “Yes” under the PhoneCARE consent toggle, then choose the “Free 2-Month Swap & Replace” option.


13. What is the value of the free "Swap & Replace" plan when I purchase this device?

13. I already have an existing PhoneCARE plan. Am I still eligible for the free 2-month PhoneCARE "Swap & Replace" plan? 

Yes! You're eligible and your existing PhoneCARE plan willl be replaced with this new one. All you have to do is: 

  • Select "Yes" under the PhoneCARE consent toggle
  • Choose the "Free 2-Month Swap & Replace" option

Note: This offer is only valid during the pre-order period from 21 August 2025 to 27 August 2025.


14. Will I still need to make monthly payments for the PhoneCARE "Swap & Replace" plan?

Yes. Where applicable, the regular monthly subscription fee for PhoneCARE will still apply.


15. How will the free 2-month PhoneCARE rebate appear on my bill?

The rebate will appear as “Payment Via M-1” on your monthly bill, with each month’s rebate credited within 60 days.


16. What if I prefer the PhoneCARE "Swap" plan? 

You may choose the PhoneCARE Swap plan; however, it is not part of the free 2-month offer and will be charged at the usual rate upon receiving your new device.


17. When will my PhoneCARE plan be activated?

Your PhoneCARE plan will be activated within 6 days of receiving your new device.

  • If your device gets accidentally damaged during this period, don't worry – you're still eligible to make a claim on the SR Portal.
  • If you're switching from an existing PhoneCARE plan, the new plan will also take up to 6 days to activate after termination.

  • Offer is not available to: Google One users subscribed to an add-on, Google One users subscribed to a higher-tier plan than the one being offered, Google One users on a family plan who are not the plan manager, and Google One users who have a subscription via a third party or affiliate.
  • Redeem the offer by 1 November 2026 at 3.59 p.m MYT . Valid method of payment required at sign-up, but you will not be charged until the trial period has expired. Unless cancelled earlier, Google AI Pro will charge RM97.99 after the trial ends, billed on a recurring monthly basis. Cancel anytime.
