FAQ: Grab & KFC Voucher for New eSIM Signups

1. What is this promotion?

This is an exclusive offer for new eSIM signup via CelcomDigi Online Store, and they are entitled to the offers below:

  • RM50 Grab cash voucher for selected CelcomDigi Postpaid Principal Line
  • RM20 KFC cash voucher for selected new CelcomDigi Postpaid Supplementary Line

 

2. Who is eligible for this promotion?

  1. New eSIM Postpaid registration with selected CelcomDigi Postpaid plan
  2. Port-in to CelcomDigi Postpaid plan with eSIM (MNP) 
  3. Eligible rate plans are as below
    • Postpaid 5G 60 SE
    • Postpaid 5G 80
    • Postpaid 5G 100
    • Postpaid 5G 120
    • Postpaid 5G 140
    • Postpaid 5G 160
    • Postpaid 5G Family SE
    • Postpaid 5G Family 
    • Postpaid 5G Family Plus
  4. All eligible subscribers will receive a special invitation via email with an invitation code to install and log in to the new CelcomDigi app.
  5. The Vouchers will be granted via the CelcomDigi app within 7–14 days after your first successful login.
  6. The rewards will be forfeited if you do not log in 5 days after the invitation.

 

3. How many vouchers am I eligible to receive?

You will receive:

  • 1x RM50 Grab voucher for each eligible CelcomDigi Postpaid Principal Line
  • 1x RM20 KFC voucher for each eligible CelcomDigi Postpaid Supplementary Line
Example:
If you sign up for 1 Principal Line + 2 Supplementary Lines, you will receive:
1x RM50 Grab voucher
2x RM20 KFC vouchers


4. How long is the promotion period?

The promotion is valid from 22 July 2025 to 31 December 2025, or while stocks last. CelcomDigi reserves the right to change the offers without prior notice.

 

5. Is this available for physical SIM subscribers?

No. This offer is exclusively for eSIM sign-ups via online. It is not applicable to physical SIM subscribers.

 

6. Can I exchange the vouchers for cash or use them for bill payment?

No. The vouchers are not exchangeable for cash and cannot be used for bill payment. 

They are valid only on the respective partner platforms (Grab and KFC).

 

7. What if I convert replace my physical SIM to eSIM — am I eligible for the offers?

No. This offer is only for new sign-ups of Principal and Supplementary Lines.

Conversion to eSIM or SIM replacements are not eligible.

 

8. I haven’t received my voucher. What should I do?

If you’ve met the eligibility criteria, installed and logged into the CelcomDigi app, but haven’t received your voucher within 14 working days, please reach out to our Customer Support via WhatsApp at +6016-333 1111.


9. How long are the vouchers valid for?

  • Grab voucher: Valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
  • KFC voucher: Valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Expiry dates will be shown in your voucher details in the CelcomDigi app.


10. How do I redeem my vouchers?

Your voucher will be granted under your app account in CelcomDigi App. 

 

11. Where can I use my vouchers

All vouchers must be redeemed through the individual brand platform: 

For Grab Voucher:
Instruction for Redemption: 
Step 1: Click "Vouchers" icon when launch CelcomDigi App
Step 2: Go to “My Vouchers” and select your Grab voucher
Step 3: Click "Copy Code" and click “Go To Site”
Step 4: Paste copied code and click “Submit”
Step 5: Click on the Activation URL, make sure you have installed the Grab app and logged in.
Step 6: Click ‘Pick Your Gift’, then proceed with saving the voucher to your My Rewards page.
Step 7: Choose a service.
Step 8: The voucher has been redeemed. Click ‘View My Rewards’.
Step 9: Go through the booking steps and click "Offer" to use your voucher.
For KFC Voucher:
Instruction for Redemption:
Step 1: Click "Vouchers" icon when launch CelcomDigi App
Step 2: Go to “My Vouchers” and select your KFC voucher
Step 3: Click "Copy Code" and click “Go To Site”
Step 4: Paste copied code and click “Submit”
Step 5 (i): Online - Copy your Voucher Code and use at KFC platform.
Step 5 (ii): In-store - Please provide your e-voucher QR code to the cashier to scan before proceeding with payment.
