1. What is Vision+?
Vision+ is an Indonesian over-the-top video streaming service owned by MNC Group, the largest media group in Southeast Asia. Vision+ service's content consists of video on demand contents (original titles, TV dramas and shows, films), free-to-air and premium channels (including international channels).
2. Where can I stream with Vision+?
You can stream via the Vision+ app available on Google Play Store for Android devices and Apple App Store for iOS and iPadOS devices. You may also stream on supported web browsers via https://www.visionplus.my/ for other devices.
3. Which devices are compatible with Vision+?
Vision+ is available on an extensive list of internet-supported mobile devices, tablets, web browsers and smart devices:

6. How can I enjoy Vision+ Premium?
CelcomDigi customers subscribing to the following streaming pass will get to automatically enjoy Vision+ as part of their subscription.

Note:
1. *5GB is high-speed quota (5G/4G) and can be used for hotspot.

8. How do I subscribe to a StreamMORE Vision+ Premium pass?
Subscription can be performed via Celcom Life/ MyDigi app.

9. Will there be any notification upon successful activation of these bundles?
Yes, you will receive a welcome SMS upon successful subscription, the SMS will be sent to the CelcomDigi mobile number that performed the subscription.
10. How do I access my Vision+ Premium account?
You can login via the OTP sent to your CelcomDigi mobile number upon login. Please refer to question 12 for more details.
11. I did not receive the OTP on my mobile phone to activate Vision+ Premium. What should I do?
Please ensure that your mobile number is the same mobile number used during subscription. The OTP will only be sent to that same mobile number.

12. Upon successful activation of these bundles, how do I log in to Vision+?
On your desktop browser
- Go to Vision+ and select ‘Login/Register’
- Select ‘Continue with OTP’.
- Change the country prefix to Malaysia (+60) and enter your mobile number to login (the same number you used to purchase the subscription).
- Agree to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Supplemental Privacy Policy for Malaysia by clicking the button below.
- You will receive a 4-digit code through WhatsApp or SMS; enter the 4-digit code onto the browser
- Choose the content rating for your Profile.
- Select your preferred content language.
- Start Streaming!
On your iOS / Android mobile app
- Download the Vision+ application from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Open the app and click ‘Log In’.
- Select ‘Continue with OTP’.
- Change the country prefix to Malaysia (+60) and enter your mobile number to login (the same number you used to purchase the subscription).
- Agree to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Supplemental Privacy Policy for Malaysia by clicking ‘Agree & Continue’.
- Enter your mobile number to login (the same number you used to purchase the subscription).
- You will receive a 4-digit code through WhatsApp or SMS; enter the 4-digit code onto the application.
- Choose the content rating for your Profile.
- Select your preferred content language.
- Start Streaming!
On your Living Room Devices
- Open the Vision+ app on your TV.
- On your TV screen, click ‘Log In’.
- Using your mobile device, either scan the QR code displayed on the TV or visit https://www.visionplus.id/webclient/#/activate .
- Make sure you are logged in to your Vision+ account on your mobile device.
- You will be directed to a login page to activate Vision+ on your TV.
- Enter the 9-digit code shown on your TV screen.
- Click ‘Submit’ to continue.
- You are now successfully logged in to your Vision+ app on the TV.
*Note: this device is only treated as companion device, you need to have your account created first on your Vision+ Web or App
13. I subscribed to the StreamMORE Vision+ Premium Add-Ons. When will the bundle expire?
- Internet Pass Quota Validity: The StreamMORE Internet quota subscription will be valid until 11:59pm on the 30th day of subscription. Any unused quota will be forfeited.
- Vision+ Access Validity: The Vision+ access validity period will follow calendar month calculation, with expiry being the same day of following month, or last day of following month, whichever is earlier. Samples as shown below:

14. Can I purchase the same StreamMORE Vision+ Bundle pass multiple times?
No, you are not allowed to perform multiple purchases of the same StreamMORE Vision+ Premium pass while there is an active subscription.
However, if you concurrently purchase different Vision+ Premium passes, (i.e. started with the SpeedSTREAM Vision+ Premium pass, and then the StreamMORE Vision+ Premium pass) the first Vision+ Premium pass will be cancelled and not renewed.
In this example, the renewal will continue with only latest subscription, which is the StreamMORE Vision+ Premium pass. There will be no pro-ration of charges on the cancelled subscription.
15. Can I purchase multiple StreamMORE or SpeedSTREAM passes for different streaming services even if I have subscribed to a Vision+ Premium Bundle pass from CelcomDigi?
Yes, you are allowed to purchase other StreamMORE or SpeedSTREAM passes with other streaming services (Disney+, Viu & iQIYI) after subscribing StreamMORE Vision+ Premium Add-Ons.
16. I subscribed to the StreamMORE Vision+ Premium Add-Ons. What will happen if I terminate my line or port out?
If you terminate your line or port out, you will not be able to access Vision+ with immediate effect. There will be no pro-ration of charges, with full charges imposed.
17. I subscribed to the StreamMORE Vision+ Premium Add-Ons. What will happen if I transfer my line to another owner name (transfer of ownership)?
The content access will be carried forward to the new owner of the mobile number. It is advisable for you to unsubscribe from the service prior to performing a transfer of ownership to another owner name.
18. I have fully utilised my internet quota to stream content on Vision+. What should I do?
You can purchase CelcomDigi one-time passes or subscribe to monthly passes with sufficient internet quota to continue enjoying content on Vision+.
19. What happens if I have insufficient credit balance when my StreamMore Vision+ Premium Add-Ons auto-renews?
StreamMore Vision+ Premium Add-Ons will be terminated if there is insufficient credit balance for auto-renewal. Please ensure you have sufficient credit balance 24 hours before expiry of the subscription.
20. I have an existing Vision+ direct billing subscription purchased via other payment channels (operator billing/ banking card). Can I still subscribe to StreamMORE Vision+ Premium Bundle Pass using the same mobile number?
Please take note, if both subscriptions are active, both will be charged concurrently. To avoid this, you will need to ensure the desired subscription remains active and perform cancellation on the other subscription.
21. I have multiple CelcomDigi mobile numbers, can I update my Vision+ login to a different number?
No, Vision+ Premium access is not transferable to other mobile numbers. Customers can only login to Vision+ via the CelcomDigi mobile number used during subscription.
If you have a new CelcomDigi mobile number, you will need to purchase a new StreamMORE Vision+ Premium pass using the new mobile number via the Celcom Life app/MyDigi app.
22. Can I use my Vision+ Premium subscription on other devices?
Yes, you can login on other compatible devices via the CelcomDigi mobile number used during subscription.
23. I am not a CelcomDigi customer; can I subscribe to the StreamMORE Vision+ Premium pass?
Only CelcomDigi customers are eligible to purchase StreamMORE Vision+ Premium passes. You will need to become a CelcomDigi customer before you can subscribe to the StreamMORE Vision+ Premium pass and enjoy streaming with better value and savings.
24. Can I use my StreamMORE Vision+ Premium pass quota while roaming?
No. The quota is only applicable for domestic use only (within Malaysia).
25. I have subscribed to StreamMORE Vision+ Premium Add-Ons. Can I cancel the subscription at any time?
Yes, you can perform cancellation via Celcom Life/ MyDigi app (whichever is applicable). However, there will be no pro-ration of charges, with full charges imposed. Upon cancellation, quota and Vision+ Premium Pass access will last till end of current subscription validity.

26. What are the terms of my access to Vision+?
By subscribing to Vision+, in each case irrespective of whether you log in or complete the registration process for Vision+, the Customer (you) further agree and confirm that he/she has (you have) read, understood, accepted and agreed to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
