FAQ: CelcomDigi Online Store Device Bundle Rewards Campaign

1. What is the Exclusive Online Store Device Bundle Rewards Campaign?
This is a limited-time campaign where eligible CelcomDigi customers who purchase Device Bundle plans (easy360 or Pakej MegaJimat) via the CelcomDigi Online Store will receive a FREE Mokin MK-MOPB0603 Power Bank (Mokin PD 35W 10000mAh). This is based on first come, first served basis and while stock lasts.
2. When is the campaign period?
Easy360: 1 April 2026 to 30 June 2026
Pakej MegaJimat: 21 April 2026 to 30 June 2026
3. Who is eligible for this Campaign?
Existing CelcomDigi Postpaid customers who switch their plan when they buy a device bundle (Easy360 or Pakej MegaJimat) from the Online Store will be eligible.

5. What free gift will I receive?
You will receive one Mokin MK-MOPB0603 Power Bank (Mokin PD 35W 10000mAh).
6. Is this Campaign applicable for physical SIM?
Yes. This Campaign is applicable to both eSIM and Physical SIM with Device Bundle purchases made via the CelcomDigi Online Store only.
7. If I purchase multiple lines, how many free gifts will I receive?
The free gift is awarded based on the mobile number and type of lines activated (1x Free Power Bank).
8. How will I receive the free gift?
The Free Gift will be delivered together with your device. Delivery is subject to stock availability and logistics schedule. Self-collection is not available.
9. Can I choose the colour or exchange the free gift?
No. The Free Gift is fixed to the stated model and colour. It cannot be exchanged & cannot be changed.
10. Can I exchange the free gift for cash or credit?
No. The Free Gift is non-transferable, non-exchangeable & not redeemable for cash, credit, rebate or other items.
11. Will the device freebies be replenished once stock runs out?
No, it is available based on first come, first served basis and while stock lasts.
12. What if the free gift is defective?
If your free gift is defective, please contact UNIPRO GLOBAL SDN BHD’s Return/Defect Careline at +60 11-2556 0060 for assistance.
You are required to provide your Delivery Order or Invoice and return the defective item directly to the following address:

Once the item is received and verified, UNIPRO GLOBAL SDN BHD will arrange for a replacement or advise on the next steps.
The power bank is covered by a 2-year warranty. Replacement will be arranged within the following timeframes:
- East Malaysia: 14 working days
- West Malaysia: 7 working days
