FAQ: CelcomDigi eSIM Online Sign-Up RM50 Grab Voucher

1. What is this campaign about?
This campaign rewards customers who sign up for selected CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G plans with eSIM via the CelcomDigi Online Store with an RM50 Grab voucher.
2. When is the campaign period?
The campaign runs from 12 March 2026 until 31 May 2026 (11:59PM). However, for Mobile Number Portability (MNP) transactions, it will only run from 1 April 2026 until 31 May 2026 (11:59PM).
3. Who is eligible for this campaign?
You are eligible if you sign up for a new Postpaid eSIM with selected CelcomDigi Postpaid plans via the CelcomDigi Online Store.
Eligible rate plans are as below:
- CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 190
- CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 160
- CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 140
- CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 120
- CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 100
- CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 80
- CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 65 SE
Eligible sign-up types:
- New Line Registration
- Mobile Number Portability (MNP) (excluding port-in from Celcom and Digi)
- Prepaid to Postpaid (P2P). For this transaction, both physical & eSIM are eligible for the campaign.
4. Are physical SIM sign-ups eligible for this campaign?
This campaign is strictly for new eSIM sign-ups via the CelcomDigi Online Store only. However, for Prepaid to Postpaid (P2P) transactions, both physical & eSIM are eligible.
5. What reward will I receive?
You will receive 1 × RM50 Grab voucher
6. How many vouchers can I receive?
Each eligible customer (based on telephone number) is entitled to a maximum of one (1) RM50 voucher throughout the campaign period.
7. How will I receive my voucher?
Eligible customers will receive a voucher via CelcomDigi app Push Notification (the notification will also be in the app's Inbox) within 7–14 days after login. Customers must claim the voucher to secure it, as vouchers are first-come, first-served. Logging in alone does not guarantee entitlement.
i. How do I claim my RM50 Grab voucher?
Follow these steps:
- Download and open the CelcomDigi App
- Log in using your registered mobile number
- Tap the Notification Bell / App Inbox
- Find the RM50 Grab Voucher message
- Tap Claim
Once claimed, the voucher will appear under My Vouchers.
ii. How do I redeem the Grab voucher?
After claiming the voucher in the Inbox CelcomDigi App:
- Go to My Vouchers in the app
- Select the RM50 Grab Voucher
- Copy the URL and paste it into your mobile browser (The voucher code shown is a unique URL)
- Get Your Voucher (The link will automatically redirect and open the Grab app)
8. I haven’t downloaded the CelcomDigi app yet, do I need to do it by a certain time to get my Grab voucher?
Yes, you must download and login to the CelcomDigi app within 14 days after activation of your line. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the reward.
9. How long is the voucher valid?
Campaign vouchers will be issued and valid from 12 March 2026 to 30 June 2026. Please remember to use them before the expiry date, as any unused vouchers will automatically expire after this period.
10. Can I exchange the voucher for cash?
No the voucher is not exchangeable for cash, non-transferable & cannot be used as bill payment.
11. Can I use the voucher for any Grab services?
Voucher usage is subject to Grab’s terms and conditions. Please refer to the Grab app for full usage details.
12. I didn’t receive any Grab vouchers. Why?
You might not be eligible if:
- You signed up outside the campaign period
- You signed up with a physical SIM
- You perform SIM replacement or eSIM conversion
- Your line is suspended or terminated before voucher fulfilment
- Fraud or abuse is detected
13. Will the voucher be replenished once stock runs out?
No, it is available based on first come, first served basis and while stock lasts.
