FAQ: 50-Day Unlimited Hajj Pass

1. What is the 50-Day Unlimited Hajj Roaming Pass?

The 50-Day Unlimited Hajj Roaming Pass is a special limited-time roaming pass that provides seamless connectivity for 50 days during the Hajj period.

This roaming pass is available for subscription from 1 April to 30 June 2026. 

2. Who can sign up for this offer?

The Hajj Roaming Pass is available to:

• Existing CelcomDigi customers(Postpaid and Prepaid). 
• New customer, Hajj Roaming Pass is available with CelcomDigi Prepaid Starter Pack via eSIM or physical SIM card.

3. How to purchase the Hajj Roaming Pass and when can I purchase?

• For Existing CelcomDigi customers can purchase the pass via the CelcomDigi App. 
• You may subscribe from 1 April to 30 June and the pass will only be activated upon your first usage in Saudi Arabia. 

You may subscribe in advance while still in Malaysia. The pass will only be activated upon first connection to the roaming network in Saudi Arabia, and the validity will begin from the date of activation.

New customers can purchase the Hajj Pack through the following channels:

1. CelcomDigi booth at the Kursus Perdana event.
2. Any CelcomDigi Store nationwide.
3. CelcomDigi Online Store (eSIM purchase available).

Note: A RM5 SIM fee applies for the Hajj SIM Pack purchase.

4. If I have reached the 150GB high-speed quota, can I still use the Internet while roaming without additional charges?

Yes, you can continue to enjoy unlimited Internet browsing at no extra charge. Once you have used up the 150GB high-speed quota, your Internet speed will be reduced to 1Mbps.

5. Is the 50-Day Unlimited Hajj Pass auto-renewed? Can I buy multiple passes?
No, the pass does not renew automatically after 50 days and must be repurchased. You can buy multiple passes, and their validity periods will run at the same time. 

6. Can I use my pass while/if I transit in Singapore or any other country?
No. The pass is only valid in Saudi Arabia.

If Internet is used outside Saudi Arabia, Daily Internet Roaming at RM39/day will be automatically activated.

7. Are there any additional add-ons available for this pass?

Yes, you can purchase add-ons for extra data and voice calls:

• Add-on Data: RM10 @ 5GB (valid for 24 hours)
• Add-on Voice: RM20 @ 15 minutes (for calls to Malaysia & within Saudi Arabia, valid for 24 hours)

Note: Calls are counted based on 60 second block.

8. Can I purchase another roaming pass? What will happen to my existing pass?
Yes you can. Your existing pass will remain active.
