FAQ: CelcomDigi Cube May 2025

1. What is the CelcomDigi Cube campaign about?  

The CelcomDigi Cube campaign offers customers who sign up for selected plans the chance to buy a special Purchase with Purchase (PwP) items for only RM66 with each successful transaction. The campaign starts from 23rd May until 25th May, exclusively at CelcomDigi Stores nationwide. 

2. Who is eligible to get the PwP items at RM66?  

To be eligible, customers must sign up for any CelcomDigi plan with a monthly commitment of RM80 and above, including:

• CelcomDigi Postpaid plans
• CelcomDigi ONE plans
• CelcomDigi Fibre plans
• CelcomDigi 5G Home WiFi plans

Additionally, customers must fall under one of the following categories:   

• New customers
• Port-in customers
• Change of plan customers (upgrade only)

3. Can I change the PwP item once the CelcomDigi Cube Box is opened?  

No, the PWP item is non-exchangeable. Once you have selected and paid for your CelcomDigi Cube Box, the item is fixed. After opening the box, you must accept the item as stated on the accompanying paper.

4. Can I get more than one PwP item per transaction? 

Yes, customers are allowed to purchase up to two (2) CelcomDigi Cube Boxes per transaction (RM66 x 2 = RM132).
