Discontinuation of CelcomDigi x rydeEV Electric Motorcycle Postpaid Plan

This is an important notice for rydeEV subscription customers. 

Due to a change in ownership at Oyika, the CelcomDigi x Oyika collaboration for rydeEV Electric Motorcycle will be discontinued effective 15 May 2025.  

As a result, your rydeEV payment method will be updated.  

1. What is changing?

Effective 15 May 2025, your monthly payments for rydeEV Electric Motorcycle plan will no longer be made to CelcomDigi. Instead, payments will be made directly to Oyika Green Technologies Sdn Bhd (“Oyika”). 

2. When do I start paying Oyika? 

All charges incurred before 15 May 2025 remain valid and payable to CelcomDigi. Payments made on or after 15 May 2025 must be paid to Oyika. 

3. How do I make payment to Oyika after 15 May 2025? 

You will need to download and register on the new Oyika app to manage your payments. The app offers multiple convenient payment options.

4. Can I continue using my rydeEV and perform battery swaps? 

Yes. You can continue using your rydeEV electric motorcycle and perform battery swaps as usual. However, battery swaps will now require the latest Oyika app. 

5. Will my existing contract change? 

Yes. On 15 May 2025, your current Easy360 rydeEV contract with CelcomDigi will be terminated. You will be required to re-sign a new Lease-to-Own agreement with Oyika. Your monthly payment amount and remaining contract tenure will remain unchanged. Oyika will reach out with further details. 

6. Does this affect my CelcomDigi Postpaid plan? 

No. Your CelcomDigi Postpaid plan remains active and unchanged. This update only applies to your rydeEV plan. 

7. Am I still in an Easy360 contract with CelcomDigi? 

No. After 15 May 2025, you will no longer be in an Easy360 contract with CelcomDigi for rydeEV plan.
