1. Who is eligible for the free 1-month PhoneCARE campaign?
To enjoy the 1-month free PhoneCARE, you must sign up for both Easy360 and a Swap & Replace plan within the campaign period, from 20 May 2025 to 16 June 2025. Customers upgrading from CelcomDigi Postpaid plans to Easy360 during this period are also eligible.

2. How do I sign up for the free 1-month Swap & Replace PhoneCARE campaign?
You can sign up by walking into any of our CelcomDigi Store. Available for limited time only.
3. Which Swap & Replace plans are eligible for this campaign?

4. I already have an existing Easy360 or PhoneCARE plan. Am I still eligible for the 1-month free PhoneCARE?
To be eligible for the 1-month free PhoneCARE, you must sign up for both a new Easy360 contract and a new Swap & Replace plan during the campaign period (20 May 2025 to 16 June 2025).
5. Will I still need to make an upfront payment for the Swap & Replace PhoneCARE plan?
Yes, you are still required to make an upfront payment for the PhoneCARE subscription as usual.
6. When will the 1-month free PhoneCARE rebate amount be reflected on my bill?
It will be reflected as 'Payment Via M-1' in your next billing cycle, within 60 days.
