Notice: Scheduled Digi System Upgrade on 21 - 22 May 2025

This is an important notice for Digi customers.
Please be advised that there will be a scheduled Digi system upgrade from 2:00 a.m. to 4:30 a.m. on 21-May-2025 and 12:30 a.m. to 4:30 a.m. on 22-May-2025. During this period, certain services and channels will be temporarily unavailable. We recommend planning your activities ahead to ensure a smooth experience.
Services and Channels Impacted During the System Upgrade
Unavailable Services:
- Purchase of internet add-ons and internet plans
- Purchase of roaming passes
- New registration, change of plan and line termination
- Activation and deactivation of value-added services
- SIM replacement
- Incoming and outgoing voice calls (2G network only) between 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. on 22-May-2025
- Incoming SMS (2G network only) between 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. on 22-May-2025
Unavailable Channels:
- MyDigi App
- Digi Store Online
- CelcomDigi Kiosk
To ensure a smooth experience during the scheduled system upgrade, please pre-book your roaming passes and complete any purchases of internet add-ons or internet plans before 21-May-2025.

Step 1: On the MyDigi app homepage, tap 'Buy Add-Ons' Step 2: Go to the 'Roaming' tab, then select a country and your preferred roaming pass Step 3: Select the roaming pass and confirm the activation date Step 4: Tap 'confirm' to complete purchase transaction. |
All other Digi channels and services remain available as usual. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter.
Important: Stay vigilant against scams. CelcomDigi will never ask for OTP or sensitive information through unsolicited calls or messages related to the system upgrade. If you receive such calls or texts, please disregard and report them to CelcomDigi.
