1. What is the PC Game Pass free 3 months offer? 

Each CelcomDigi 5G Home WiFi (plan + router) customer who subscribes to PC Game Pass within the campaign period will enjoy 3 months of free PC Game Pass subscription in the form of a monthly rebate in your CelcomDigi 5G Home WiFi bill, for 3 consecutive months from subscription date. 

2. What is the campaign period for the PC Game Pass free 3 months offer?

The campaign will run from the 3rd to 31st December 2024.

3. Who is eligible to subscribe for the PC Game Pass free 3 months offer? 

All CelcomDigi 5G Home WiFi (plan + router) subscribers can subscribe for the PC Game Pass. However, the offer is limited to the 1st 500 PC Game Pass subscribers during the campaign period only (3rd to 31st December 2024). 

4. Is there a contract period for us to be able to enjoy this offer?

No, there is no specific contractual period for the PC Game Pass subscription as the subscription continuously renews monthly, unless you cancel your subscription through CelcomDigi.

5. How do I enjoy the PC Game Pass free 3 months offer?

Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you through the subscription process:

Step 1: Ensure that you are subscribed to any CelcomDigi 5G Home WiFi (plan + router) plans

Step 2: To subscribe, just confirm your monthly subscription here

Step 3: Log in using your IC number and a one-time PIN (OTP) will be sent to your email

Step 4: Once completed, you will receive an email confirming your subscription. Your PC Game Pass account activation steps and login details will be included in the subscription email.

6. How long will my free 3 months offer be reflected on my CelcomDigi 5G Home WiFi bill? 

The rebate will be reflected in your bill for 3 consecutive months from subscription date only. From month 4 onwards, you will be charged a monthly subscription fee of RM20.
