1. What is the PC Game Pass free 3 months offer?  

Each CelcomDigi Fibre customer who subscribes to PC Game Pass within the campaign period will enjoy 3 months of free PC Game Pass subscription in the form of a monthly rebate in your CelcomDigi Fibre bill, for 3 consecutive months from subscription date.  

2. What is the campaign period for the PC Game Pass Free 3 months offer? 

The campaign will run from 3 December to 31 December 2024.

3. Who is eligible to subscribe for the PC Game Pass free 3 months offer?  

All CelcomDigi Fibre subscribers can subscribe for the PC Game Pass. However, the offer is limited to the 1st 1,000 PC Game Pass subscribers during the campaign period only (3 December to 31 December 2024).  

4. Is there a contract period for us to be able to enjoy this offer? 

No, there is no specific contractual period for the PC Game Pass subscription as the subscription continuously renews monthly, unless you cancel your subscription through CelcomDigi.

5. How do I enjoy the PC Game Pass free 3 months offer? 

Here is a step-by-step guide to help you through the subscription process:  

Step 1: Ensure that you are subscribed to any CelcomDigi Fibre plans.  

Step 2: To subscribe, just confirm your monthly subscription here.  

Step 3: Log in using your IC number & a one-time PIN (OTP) will be sent to your email.      

Step 4: Once completed, you will receive an email confirming your subscription. Your PC Game Pass account activation steps & login details will be included in the subscription email.   

6. How long will my free 3 months offer be reflected on my CelcomDigi Fibre bill?

The rebate will be reflected in your bill for 3 consecutive months from subscription date only. From month 4 onwards, you will be charged a monthly subscription fee of RM20.
