1. What is the PC Game Pass? 

PC Game Pass is a monthly subscription service offered by Microsoft that gives you access to high-quality PC games (from new releases and popular titles to indie games and classic favorites) on Windows PC devices. The library is also updated regularly, offering something for every type of gamer.

2. How does the PC Game Pass with CelcomDigi differ from other gaming subscriptions?

Enjoy incredible new games on day one from Xbox Game Studios, as well as iconic franchises from Bethesda Softworks, Activision Blizzard, Riot, indie games, blockbusters, and more; all smoothly included into your monthly CelcomDigi Fibre bill. 

3. What is the PC device requirement needed to play PC Game Pass games? 

Play on a compatible Windows 10/11 device. Check detail pages for individual games to confirm that they’ll work with your device. Certain games may require the latest Windows update. 4. Is there an exclusive launch offer from CelcomDigi?

Our exclusive launch offer entitles all new & existing CelcomDigi Fibre Plan subscribers to the PC Game Pass at a monthly rate of RM17.

5. Who is eligible to subscribe for the PC Game Pass? 

All CelcomDigi Fibre subscribers can subscribe for the PC Game Pass. 

6. Do I need to sign up for a new CelcomDigi Fibre plan first before I can purchase the PC Game Pass subscription through CelcomDigi? 

Yes, you will need to be a new or existing CelcomDigi Fibre subscriber to purchase the PC Game Pass subscription via CelcomDigi as the monthly charges will be included in your CelcomDigi Fibre bill.

7. Is there a contract period for the PC Game Pass Subscription?

No, there is no specific contractual period for the PC Game Pass subscription as the subscription continuously renews monthly, unless you cancel your subscription through CelcomDigi.

8. Can I make multiple PC Game Pass subscription purchases?

Currently, the PC Game Pass is designed for individual use. So, each fibre account entitles you to one PC Game Pass subscription purchase. However, you can install games on multiple devices as long as they are used one at a time. 

9. How do I subscribe to the PC Game Pass through CelcomDigi? 

Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you through the subscription process: 

Step 1: Ensure that you are subscribed to any CelcomDigi Fibre plans

Step 2: To subscribe, just confirm your monthly subscription here

Step 3: Log in using your IC number & a one-time PIN (OTP) will be sent to your email

Step 4: Once completed, you will receive an email confirming your subscription. Your PC Game Pass account activation steps & login details will be included in the subscription email.  

10. How long does it take for my PC Game Pass subscription to become effective upon activation?

Your subscription will be effective almost immediately upon successful subscription. 

Note: Please note that you are subject to checks to ensure you have a legitimate CelcomDigi Fibre plan.

11. Upon receipt of the PC Game Pass redemption code via email, do I have to activate my account immediately? If not, is there an expiry date?

The redemption code is valid for 30 days from date of receipt. After which, the code is no longer valid.

12. Upon successful subscription of my PC Game Pass, when will the monthly recurring charge appear on my fibre bill?

Your fibre bill will be charged within 30 days from the subscription date. 

13. Is this a continuous monthly subscription or do I have to renew my subscription?

You will be charged monthly on your CelcomDigi Fibre bill unless you cancel your subscription through CelcomDigi.  

14. If my fibre account is suspended, will my PC Game Pass subscription also be suspended? 

No, you will be able to access your PC Game Pass account as your monthly charges will continue.  

15. If I refuse to continue my PC Game Pass subscription, how can I unsubscribe? 

You can proceed to unsubscribe here. However, do note that your access will still continue throughout the 30 days of your subscription billing cycle. 

Technical Requirements and Compatibility

16. What are the minimum system requirements to run games on the PC Game Pass? 

Minimum system requirements vary by game but generally you need a Windows 10/11 PC with a compatible GPU, 8GB of RAM and at least an Intel i5 processor. Feel free to check out our range of gaming devices available here. 

17. Do I need a specific Internet speed to use the PC Game Pass effectively?

We highly recommend a minimum CelcomDigi Fibre speed of 300Mbps for a seamless gaming experience, though faster speeds will provide better performance.
