CelcomDigi FTTR offers high-speed internet directly to rooms within a building using fibre optic cables designed to:
- Provide fibre connectivity to the entire home with minimal signal loss and zero blind spot for an ultra-stable and consistent internet.
- Avoid the inconvenience of having to hack walls and drill holes to conceal wiring to fibre-up another room.

- Compared to mesh WiFi technology, CelcomDigi FTTR is superior in quality with low latency
- Indoor roaming is seamless with ultra stable and consistent internet throughout the house
- It can accommodate potential speed upgrades beyond 1Gbps to every room.
3. Is CelcomDigi FTTR available in my area?
For now, FTTR is only available for customers based in the Klang Valley. We are planning to offer this solution to our customers nationwide, so keep a lookout for that exciting announcement.

The price for CelcomDigi FTTR depends on your recommended setup. The price is listed below. Total payable amount can be paid using 24-month Easy Payment Plan (EPP) when you pay using Maybank or CIMB credit cards.

There is no contract on CelcomDigi FTTR, however your CelcomDigi fibre contract remains.

Yes, it's available only to existing CelcomDigi fibre subscribers who have active subscriptions of 300Mbps plan or above.
10. What is the process for signing up for CelcomDigi FTTR?

13. What happens if I move or relocate CelcomDigi FTTR?
- Relocation within the same premise: You can contact our customer service to schedule for installation at the new location. We will be using the existing Master FTTR, Slave FTTR, Splitter and Access Terminal Box (ATB). Additionally, there will be charges for the new fibre optic cable. New installation charge also applies.
- Relocation to another premise: If you need to relocate your FTTR to a different address, you will need to bring along Master FTTR, Slave FTTR, Splitter and Access Terminal Box (ATB). You can contact our customer service to schedule for installation at your new premises. Additionally, there will be charges for the new fibre optic cable. New installation charge also applies.
14. What happens if I want to cancel CelcomDigi FTTR?
If you wish to cancel your CelcomDigi FTTR, please liaise with our fibre experts through the WhatsApp number that you have been corresponding with.
15. How relevant and future-proof if CelcomDigi FTTR?
CelcomDigi FTTR can carry even higher broadband speeds in the future – It is able to carry speeds of more than 1Gbps and up to 10Gbps depending on the device.
16. What methods of payment are available for this? Is there an Easy Payment Plan for CelcomDigi FTTR?
Customers may purchase FTTR with the following payment options:
- Outright purchase with any debit/credit card, online payment and Boost/GrabPay
e-wallets; or - Easy Payment Plan (EPP) for up to 24 months with selected credit cards (e.g., Maybank and CIMB)
17. What penalties are imposed if I have made a payment but wish to make a cancellation?
There is a cancellation fee of RM85.

Yes, there is a 24-month warranty, but please note that it does not cover customer negligence.
