1. My plan is inactive, and I don’t have any WiFi connections available. Can I still renew my plan?

Yes, you can renew your plan via the Yoodo (by CelcomDigi) app, provided that:

  1. You are not logged-out from the Yoodo (by CelcomDigi) app.
  2. You have a default payment method set up, such as a credit card, debit card, or PayPal; OR you have sufficient balance in your credits or points.

 

2. Where can I obtain the bill or statement for my Yoodo (by CelcomDigi) plan?

You can request an e-statement through the Yoodo (by CelcomDigi) app by following these steps:

  1. Open the Yoodo (by CelcomDigi) app and go to the 'Payment' tab
  2. Select 'Show All'
  3. Choose 'Email my statement'
  4. Select the desired period and then click 'Email my statement'
  5. You will receive an email containing your e-statement. It's that simple!

 

3. Once my plan ends, how long do I have until my line gets deactivated or terminated?

You have 60 days. During this inactive state, you won’t be connected to the internet or be able to make any outgoing calls/ SMS, but you can still receive calls/ SMS from other numbers. After 60 days, if you haven’t subscribed to any plan, your line will unfortunately be terminated. 


4. When will my plan get renewed?

First, make sure that your Auto Renewal toggle is switched on. Your plan will be renewed on the 30th day and is specific to the time of purchase. Example: You purchased at 10:03 a.m. on day 1, the renewal will then happen on day 31 at 10:03 a.m.

 

5. How do I share a new or existing plan with my other devices?

For now, we aren’t offering data sharing services, but you can still use hotspot tethering on your phone to turn it into a Wi-Fi hotspot. Unlike other telcos, we won’t charge you any extra fees for hotspot tethering.

 

6. Can I upgrade/ downgrade my plans?

Yes, you can! Your changes will be updated monthly when you renew your plan. You can tweak it anytime until the next rollover, so feel free to keep experimenting until you find what's right for you. You won’t be charged for changing your plan.

 

7. Can I cancel a plan that I've already purchased?

No, you can't, sorry. Once your line has been charged for the month and your plan is active, there will be no refund. To avoid further charges to your account, turn off auto-renewal from your Yoodo (by CelcomDigi) app.
