It's neither! Yoodo (by CelcomDigi) is a new hybrid of prepaid and postpaid mobile. What this means is that it has all the functionality and monthly features of a postpaid plan, combined with all the flexibility and easy payment options of a prepaid plan. So, no, we’re not a prepaid service, and we aren’t postpaid either.

3. Do I need to install and run a VPN on my phone to use the Yoodo (by CelcomDigi) app?

No, you don't. You can enjoy all the benefits of Yoodo (by CelcomDigi) without a VPN draining your battery because although we're quite an active telco, we're also efficient at saving energy.

4. Is the Yoodo (by CelcomDigi) app available for both Android and iOS devices?

Yes, Yoodo (by CelcomDigi) is an all-inclusive network that doesn't limit you to a particular operating system.
