1. I want to port out, what is the process to do so?
We're sorry to see you go! To transfer your number to another carrier, simply visit your chosen telco and inform them that you want to port your number to their service. They will handle the process and submit the request to us. Once we receive the request, we will send you an email to confirm your number transfer. Please open the email in your browser and click 'Yes' to confirm.
2. Is there a contract I have to sign with Yoodo (by CelcomDigi)?
No contract is required. You can pay for what you want and leave whenever you want.
