1. Can I top-up my number at a store?

You can top-up via cash at any 7-Eleven store, follow these steps:

  1. Open your Yoodo (by CelcomDigi) app
  2. Go to the 'Payment' tab
  3. Choose 'Top Up'
  4. Insert the top-up amount
  5. Select payment method (Cash payment at 7-Eleven)
  6. Show the barcode to the cashier for scanning
  7. Pay the top-up amount to the cashier in cash
  8. Your credits are successfully topped up! (Kindly wait for the amount to be reflected in your credit balance within 15 minutes)

 

2. How many active lines can I have on my Yoodo (by CelcomDigi) account?

Customers are allowed to activate a maximum of 5 lines using the same IC/ passport number.

 

3. Can I use the Yoodo (by CelcomDigi) app on a rooted or jail-broken device? (for Android/ iOS)

No, the Yoodo (by CelcomDigi) app will not work on any rooted or jail broken Android or iOS device for security reasons. 


4. Can I use my Yoodo (by CelcomDigi) SIM on my external 4G modem or portable WiFi modem?

Yes, the SIM is fully compatible with both types of modems.

 

5. How do I log in to access the Yoodo (by CelcomDigi) app?

Use the email you registered with Yoodo (by CelcomDigi) as your username. In case you have forgotten your password, go to the log in screen on the Yoodo (by CelcomDigi) then tap on 

Forgot your password'. Then key in your email and open the link we sent to you via email, preferably using Chrome as your browser, to set the new password.

 

6. How do I manage my SIMs?

You can manage multiple SIMs under your account by clicking the drop-down arrow on the top centre of the Yoodo (by CelcomDigi) app, next to your phone number. Then select the number that you want to manage.

 

7. Can I transfer ownership of my number to another Yoodo (by CelcomDigi) account?

No, this service is not offered currently.

 

8. Can I use a call forwarding service with Yoodo (by CelcomDigi)?

Of course you can! :) Set it via your phone to enable it.

  • For call forwarding settings, you may select 'When busy', 'When unanswered' and 'Forward when unreachable'. The option 'Always forward' is not supported.
  • Please ensure you add the country code when you add the mobile number you'd like to forward your call to. Example: +6019 876 5432.
