1. What is this campaign about?

3-2-1 Showtime! offers eligible customers the opportunity to receive up to four (4) complimentary movie tickets to watch Disney and Pixar’s Toy Story 5 on TGV IMAX.

2. What is the giveaway for this campaign? 

Eligible customers are entitled to receive up to four (4) complimentary movie tickets for Disney and Pixar’s Toy Story 5, on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. When is the campaign period?

The campaign is valid from 10th to 24th June 2026.

4. How can I be eligible for free movie tickets? 

• Be a subscriber of CelcomDigi One Pro or CelcomDigi One Ultra plan.
• Redeem the movie tickets via the CelcomDigi app under the 3-2-1 Showtime! section every Wednesday from 3:21 p.m. to 11:59 p.m., on a first-come, first-served basis.

5. How do I get free movie tickets?

To get free movie ticket(s), just follow the simple steps below:

Step 1: Login to the CelcomDigi app

Step 2: Click to “For You” and select the “3-2-1 Showtime!”

Step 3: Click “Claim Now” to get the free ticket.

CelcomDigi One Pro subscribers may redeem up to two (2) movie tickets, while CelcomDigi One Ultra subscribers may redeem up to four (4) movie tickets throughout the campaign period. 

6. Is there a limit to the number of movie tickets?

Yes, there are a limited number of tickets available each week. Be sure to redeem your free tickets every Wednesday from 3:21 p.m.  to 11:59 p.m. before they run out!

7. I just signed up or subscribed to an eligible plan. How long will it take for the movie ticket to appear in the CelcomDigi app for redemption?

The movie ticket will appear in the CelcomDigi app within 15 minutes after a successful subscription. Please check the app after 15 minutes to proceed with the redemption. If the movie ticket is still not visible, try refreshing the app.

8. How do I know if I’m successful in redeeming my movie tickets?

Step 1: Login to the CelcomDigi app > Shop > Tap “View More” at the voucher section

Step 2: Tap “My Vouchers” on the top right corner, your redeemed vouchers will be displayed there. There will be one voucher per movie ticket redeemed.

9. How do I use my movie ticket voucher codes?

Once you receive the voucher codes on your CelcomDigi app, you can redeem it on the TGV website or mobile app at the checkout page. Please note that TGV Terms and Conditions apply for the usage of the voucher codes.

10. How can I retrieve and redeem my voucher code on TGV?

Step 1: Open the CelcomDigi app and click on the “Shop” tab

Step 2: Go to the ‘Voucher” and click “View More”

Step 3: Click on the “My Voucher” on the top right corner to see and copy the code

Step 4: Visit TGV website or mobile app

Step 5: Select cinema location, date, time and seats for Disney and Pixar’s Toy Story 5 on IMAX

Step 6: Add voucher code(s) at ‘checkout’ on the TGV website or mobile app. You can add multiple voucher codes to the same transaction

Step 7: Complete your checkout and enjoy your movie!

11. What are the types of halls and seats that I can redeem with the voucher codes I have won?

• One (1) e-Voucher code is valid for ONE (1) movie ticket in ANY TGV Cinemas with IMAX nationwide.
• This e-voucher is valid for the following film format: IMAX.
• This e-voucher is valid for the following seats: Normal.
