FAQ: StreamMORE Disney+ Hotstar (Basic) “1-Month on Us” Deal

1. What is the “1-Month on Us” deal, and how can I be eligible for it?  

To be eligible for “1-Month on Us” deal, you must be a 1st-time subscriber of Disney+ Hotstar via StreamMORE Add-Ons. If you have previously subscribed to Disney+ Hotstar, whether on Premium or Basic type, you will not qualify as a 1st-time subscriber.  

The “1-Month on Us” deal is available exclusively with StreamMORE Disney+ Hotstar (Basic) + 20GB (5G+4G) bundle.  

If you are a 1st-time subscriber and subscribe to the StreamMORE Disney+ Hotstar (Basic) + 20GB (5G+4G) bundle, you will then be granted the “1-Month on Us” deal.  

2. Which CelcomDigi plans are available for the “1-Month on Us” deal? 

The “1-Month on Us” deal is available to:  

• All CelcomDigi Postpaid Plans  
• All CelcomDigi ONE Plans (exclude ONE Ultra) 
• Celcom Postpaid Plans (only for Celcom Mega Plans, All XPAX Postpaid Plans, & All XP Lite Plans) 
• All Digi Postpaid Plans 

3. I have subscribed to StreamMORE Disney+ Hotstar (Premium) + 20GB (5G+4G). Can I subscribe to StreamMORE Disney+ Hotstar (Basic) + 20GB (5G+4G) and still enjoy the "1-Month on Us” deal? 

Upon successful subscription to StreamMORE Disney+ Hotstar (Basic) + 20GB (5G+4G), the initial subscription to StreamMORE Disney+ Hotstar (Premium) + 20GB (5G+4G) will be automatically cancelled. You will continue to enjoy Disney+ Hotstar (Premium) access until end of your initial validity, and thereafter your access will be switched to Basic. However, you will not be eligible to enjoy the “1-Month on Us” deal as you are not a 1st-time subscriber to Disney+ Hotstar via StreamMORE Add-Ons. 

4. How do I receive / redeem this “1-Month on Us” deal when I subscribe to StreamMORE Disney+ Hotstar (Basic) + 20GB (5G+4G)?  

After you subscribe to StreamMORE Disney+ Hotstar (Basic) + 20GB (5G+4G), you will be granted the “1-Month on Us” deal within 7 days. The deal will be reflected in your next billing cycle, ensuring that no additional cost is charged for your first month’s subscription.

5. How long can I enjoy this “1-Month on Us” deal for StreamMORE Disney+ Hotstar (Basic) + 20GB (5G+4G)? 

You can enjoy the “1-Month on Us” deal for the first month of your subscription. On the subsequent month, the subscription fee will be charged at the original pricing of RM24.90 per month on your bill.

6. When will I start being charged for StreamMORE Disney+ Hotstar (Basic) + 20GB (5G+4G) subscription if I am eligible to enjoy “1-Month on Us” deal?  

The StreamMORE Disney+ Hotstar Add Ons subscription follows a 30-days cycle and will auto- renew at 12:00 A.M. on the 31st day. Once this renewal happens, charging of the Add Ons will happen concurrently.   

With the “1-Month on Us” deal, you will not be charged for the first month. Billing will start on the 31st day, marking the beginning of your second month, at the original pricing of RM24.90 per month, and will continue monthly from then on. 

Note: Subscriber on CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 160 / 160 DS & CelcomDigi ONE Pro/ ONE Pro DS can enjoy 50% discount on the subscription fee for the subsequent month, as specified by the plan.
