When is my bill due date?
Modified on Fri, 7 Jun at 3:46 PM
Celcom
Celcom subscribers can check your bill due date by downloading your bill via the Celcom Life app.
- To check your exact bill due date, open the Celcom Life app and tap on 'My Bills' to download your bill statement. Your bill due date information should be on the first page of your bill, under 'Account Summary'.
Digi
For active Digi subscribers, the due date is typically 30 days from the invoice date and is the last date to pay your Digi bill.
- To check your exact bill due date, open MyDigi app and tap on 'View/ Pay Bill'.
For Digi subscribers requesting to port-out or terminating your Digi line, the due date stated does not apply. Please refer below for the deadlines for payment:
- If you are porting-out to another telco, you are required to pay all outstanding amounts (billed and unbilled) within 2 hours of Digi’s port-out SMS notification. Failure to pay will delay or reject your port-out request, and you will need to resubmit the port-out request.
- If you are terminating your Digi line, you are required to pay all outstanding amounts (billed and unbilled) before the line can be terminated.
Important: Non-payment of telecommunication bills may cause service interruption and/ or impact your credit rating. We advise all customers to ensure timely payment of your bill.
