Notice on Change of Bill Date

This is an important notice for Celcom customers. 


As part of our continuous efforts to enhance services and deliver a better experience, we are adjusting our billing cycles. Your monthly bill date will be moved slightly earlier to ensure more efficient processing.


Important Note: 

  • Auto-billing: Your automatic payments will be adjusted accordingly. No action is required. 
  • Manual or recurring payments: If you are paying manually or have an automated payment arrangements (e.g., auto-pay, bank deductions, GIRO), please be sure to update your payment date to the new bill date of each month to avoid any service disruption. 


However, please note that the upcoming bill statement remains unchanged and you may proceed with the necessary payment to avoid any service disruption. The new bill cycle/date visible in the CelcomDigi app will only become effective as per table below.

Your first bill under the new cycle will be generated based on the table above.

 

2. How will this change affect my current bill?

Your current bill remains unchanged. Your first effective bill date will include a prorated charge to align with the new cycle. You may refer table given on the usage period.

 

3. Will this change affect my ongoing contract?

No, your contract will not be affected and will remain the same.

 

4. Will my service be disrupted during the change of bill date?

No, there will be no disruption to your services or usage. You can continue to use your services as usual.
