How to manage my account via my app?

Services Available
The Celcom Life/ MyDigi app allows you to perform the following services:
- Check account balance
- Check network coverage
- Purchase data and add-ons
- View usage history
- Manage family lines
- Manage subscriptions
Logging In
- Celcom Life
Step 1: Launch the Celcom Life app
Step 2: Login to the app by clicking 'Login with SIM' if you are currently on a Celcom mobile network or 'Login with OTP' if you are on other Internet connections (e.g., Wi-Fi or Broadband)
Step 3: Enter your One-Time PIN (OTP) for verification and Tap 'Log In'
Step 4: Once you have logged in successfully, you will land on the Celcom Life homepage.

Step 1: Launch the MyDigi app
Step 2: Enter your mobile number and tap on 'Continue' to login
Step 3: Enter your One-Time PIN (OTP) for verification and Tap 'Done'
Step 4: Once you have logged in successfully, you will land on the MyDigi homepage.
Forgot Password
You can log in to your app via One-Time PIN (OTP). However, some services may require you to input your password. If you have forgotten your password, click on the 'Forgot Password' link on the login screen. You will be required to key in your email address, followed by the mobile number registered with your email address. You will see an option to send TAC via mobile or email. This is to prove your ownership of the account before you are given the option to reset your password.
