4. Will I be informed about my activation?

Yes, you will be informed via SMS upon activation and 100% usage utilisation.

5. If I’ve reached my daily quota, can I still enjoy the Internet while roaming without additional charges?

Yes, you can continue browsing without any additional charges at reduced speed of up to 256Kbps until your pass expires.

However, for customers who roam in countries with 50MB quota allocation, upon full data utilisation, your data will be blocked.

7. Can I travel to multiple countries using one subscription?

You are allowed to use the same Daily Internet Roaming subscription for multiple countries (within the eligible countries list). For example, if you travel to Singapore & Thailand within a day, the Daily Internet Roaming auto-activated in Singapore can be used in Thailand as well.

However, if you travel to multiple countries that fall under 1GB and 50MB quota, you are not allowed to use the same subscription, 2 Daily Internet Roaming will be auto-activated once the data usage hits 1MB.

For example, if you travel to Singapore and Maldives within a day, Daily Internet Roaming auto-activated in Singapore cannot be used in Maldives. Another Daily Internet Roaming will be auto-activated for Maldives if data usage hits 1MB.
