FAQ: Fibre with CelcomDigi ONE Plan

Modified on Tue, 11 Jun at 11:00 AM

1. How do I enjoy the 300Mbps fibre on the CelcomDigi ONE Plan?

If you have chosen to get the 300Mbps fibre, it will be fulfilled via a rebate on your eligible fibre plan for 24 months as long as you stay on the CelcomDigi ONE Pro/ Ultra and keep your fibre plan active. After 24 months, this rebate will be auto-renewed as long as you continue to stay on CelcomDigi ONE Pro/ Ultra.

If you currently do not have a fibre plan with us, our staff will assist to check fibre coverage in your area. If there is coverage available, our staff will proceed to activate CelcomDigi ONE Pro/ Ultra and submit the fibre activation request. Once your fibre is installed and activated, you will enjoy the 300Mbps fibre at no extra cost right away! Do note that you will need to sign up for a CelcomDigi Fibre 300Mbps plan on a 24-month contract.

If you currently have a fibre plan with us, our staff will help to change your postpaid plan to CelcomDigi ONE Pro/ Ultra and change your current fibre plan to the eligible fibre plan. Once your plan has been changed, complete your current fibre bill cycle and kindly clear out any outstanding bill. Your rebate will be applied from the 2nd bill onwards.

For both scenarios, do note that CelcomDigi Fibre 50Mbps, CelcomDigi Fibre 100Mbps and non-CelcomDigi Fibre plans will not be entitled for the fibre rebate.

If you would like to sign up for a fibre plan with higher speed, you will need to pay additional RM20/ month for 500Mbps, and RM110/ month for 1Gbps.

Important Note: The fibre plan contract and CelcomDigi ONE Plan contract are two standalone contracts. For example, if you change your plan from CelcomDigi ONE Pro Plan to CelcomDigi Postpaid 160 while your fibre contract is still active, you will lose the fibre rebate but your fibre contract will remain intact. Any breach of the contract terms and conditions will incur the early termination fee on your fibre contract.

2. My fibre activation failed but I am on CelcomDigi ONE Pro/ Ultra? Can I downgrade my plan since I am not enjoying the 300Mbps Fibre?

Yes, you can downgrade your plan with no charge if you do not have an active contract on your plan. However, if you have taken a device contract or a Freedom Add-Ons contract, you will incur an early termination charge if you downgrade your plan.
