Modified on Tue, 29 Oct at 10:00 AM
1. I am currently on a contract with my current plan, can I change my plan to the new CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G plan?
If you are moving from a plan with lower monthly commitment to a plan with a higher monthly commitment, your contract will be carried forward and no penalty will be charged. You will continue to serve the remaining months on your contract.
However, if you are moving from a plan with a higher monthly commitment fee to a lower commitment fee, you will incur the early termination charge as stated in your contract.
Example, if you are on a device contract on Digi Postpaid 90 or Celcom Mega 98 and you change your plan to CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 120, you will continue your contract and enjoy the contract offer on the new plan. However, if you change plan to CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 80, you will incur the early termination charge in your contract.
2. What Freedom Add-Ons can I get with the new CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G plan?
You can enjoy either:
- RM10 Rebate on your monthly commitment for 12 months by subscribing to Freedom Add-Ons on a 12-month contract, OR
- Additional 5G/4G Quota for 12 months by subscribing to Freedom Add-Ons on a 12-month contract for CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 40 SE & 60 SE
If you have been on your current Freedom Add-Ons Contract for two months or more, you can change your Freedom Add-On Contract to the RM10 Rebate or Additional 5G/4G Quota Freedom Add-Ons and the early termination penalty will be waived. However, do note that your contract start date will be reset.
If you have been on your current Freedom Add-On Contract for less than 2 months, you will have to terminate your current contract and pay the early termination fee before you can subscribe to the RM10 rebate or Additional 5G/4G Quota Freedom Add-Ons.
4. I am currently on CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 80 with RM10 rebate Freedom Add-Ons, what will happen when I change my CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 80 to CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 60 SE?
You will have to terminate your current contract and pay the early termination fee before you can change CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 60 SE and subscribe to the additional 5G/4G quota Freedom Add-Ons.
5. I am an existing customer on Digi network. Can I sign up for a device contract with the new CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G plan at Celcom bluecube?
We are still in the process of integrating our retail experience. If you would like to take a device contract on the new CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G plan, you will have to visit the nearest Digi Store or Digi Store Express.
If you are an existing Celcom customer, you are also required to visit the nearest Celcom bluecube and Celcom Certified Partner if you would like to take a device contract on the new CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G plan.
If you are looking to sign up for the new plan without a device contract, then you may do so at any of the Celcom or Digi outlets.
