FAQ: KL Headline Season 2026 (Live Nation)

1. Which concerts do I stand a chance to win tickets to?
Eligible participants will stand a chance to win two (2) KL Headline Season concert tickets to the concert happening on either 30 May 2026 or 2 June 2026 at Unifi Arena, subject to ticket availability.
2. If I would like to stand a chance to win tickets to other concerts (e.g. concert happening on 4 November 2026), what should I do to qualify?
Follow CelcomDigi’s official social media pages at @celcomdigi for the latest updates and announcements on future concert contest.
3. What is the KL Headline Season Concert Contest?
The KL Headline Season Concert Contest is a special collaboration between Live Nation and CelcomDigi where eligible customers stand a chance to win two (2) concert tickets to concerts happening under the KL Headline Season calendar.
4. When is the contest period?
The contest runs from 21 May 2026 (12:00am) until 24 May 2026 (11:59pm). All eligible plan sign-ups, upgrades or add-on subscriptions must be successfully completed within this period to qualify.
5. How do I become an eligible participant to join the contest?
You will become an eligible participant when you complete any ONE of the following eligible transactions during the contest period:

6. How will I know if I am eligible?
Eligible participants who successfully completed any one of the eligible transactions will receive a WhatsApp message from CelcomDigi on 26 May 2026 to confirm their interest in joining the contest.
7. What should I do after receiving the WhatsApp message?
Tap “Yes, I am interested” in the WhatsApp message to confirm your participation in the contest.
8. Can I choose which concert date I want to attend?
Yes. After confirming your interest, you will be asked to select your preferred concert date. Ticket allocation is based on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to ticket availability.
9. How are winners selected?
Shortlisted winners will be selected based on:
- Successful completion of eligible transactions during the contest period; and confirmation of participation via WhatsApp.
- When selecting the preferred concert to attend, shortlisted winners will be based on first-come, first-served basis, subject to ticket availability.
10. I am an existing subscriber of Postpaid 5G RM100/month plan and above* and am already subscribed to one of the Mega Add-Ons (e.g. Entertainment). Can I subscribe to another Mega Add-On (e.g. Roaming) to be considered an eligible participant to join the contest?
No. Existing subscribers of the Postpaid 5G RM100/month plan and above* with any one existing Mega Add-Ons subscription (Entertainment, Security, or Roaming) will not be considered an eligible participant to join the contest.
You may upgrade to a CelcomDigi One Ultra or One Pro plan to be considered an eligible participant to join the contest.
11. I am an existing subscriber of Postpaid 5G RM100/month plan and above* and am already subscribed to one of the device contracts (e.g. Easy360). Can I sign up for another device contract (e.g.Pakej MegaJimat) to be considered an eligible participant to join the contest?
No. Existing subscribers of the Postpaid 5G RM100/month plan and above* with an existing device contract (Easy360 or Pakej MegaJimat) will not be considered an eligible participant to join the contest.
You may upgrade to a CelcomDigi One Ultra or One Pro plan to be considered an eligible participant to join the contest.
12. I am an existing subscriber of Postpaid 5G RM100/month plan and above* and am already subscribed to a device contract (Easy360 or Pakej MegaJimat). Can I subscribe to any Mega Add-Ons (Entertainment, Security, or Roaming) to be considered an eligible participant to join the contest? Or vice versa?
No. Existing subscribers of the Postpaid 5G RM100/month plan and above* with either:
- An existing device contract (Easy360 or Pakej MegaJimat); OR
- An existing Mega Add-Ons contract (Entertainment, Security, or Roaming) will not be considered an eligible participant to join the contest.
You may upgrade to a CelcomDigi One Ultra or One Pro plan to be considered an eligible participant to join the contest.
13. I am an existing subscriber of CelcomDigi One Ultra or One Pro plan and am already subscribed to one of the StreamMORE Add-Ons (e.g. Viu). Am I automatically eligible to join this contest?
If you already have an existing StreamMORE add-on, you will need to subscribe to an additional StreamMORE add-on to be considered an eligible participant to join the contest
14. I have recently switched to CelcomDigi and completed one of the eligible plans and transactions. Will I become an eligible participant to join the contest?
You will only be considered an eligible participant to join the contest if your port-in to CelcomDigi has been successfully completed, and you have completed either one of the eligible plans and transactions by 24 May 2026 (11:59pm). If your port-in to CelcomDigi is unsuccessful or incomplete by the end of the contest period (24 May 2026, 11:59PM), you will not be considered an eligible participant to join the contest.
15. What if I tap “No, I am not interested” or accidentally selected the wrong concert on the WhatsApp message?
Unfortunately, once you have submitted your response or selected your preferred concert, you will not be able to amend or change your selection. Please ensure that you select the correct response before submitting.
16. When will I know if I have been selected as a contest winner?
If you are selected as a contest winner, you will receive a phone call from 010-2011423 (official CelcomDigi representative) on 27 May 2026. Three (3) phone call attempts will be made. If the shortlisted winner does not answer upon the third call attempt, the two (2) KL Headline Season concert tickets will be forfeited.
17. How do I redeem my concert tickets?
All winners are required to visit a selected CelcomDigi store in Klang Valley to verify their details and to redeem their tickets. The ticket collection date, time and venue details will be shared via WhatsApp.
18. Can I collect the two (2) KL Headline Season concert tickets on behalf of the contest winner?
Each contest winner is required to personally collect the two (2) KL Headline Season concert tickets at the selected CelcomDigi store and present their Identification Card (IC), WhatsApp confirmation message and their CelcomDigi app for verification and ticket redemption purposes. Concert tickets are non-transferable.
19. Can I transfer or exchange the concert tickets?
No. Concert tickets are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
