It’s a contract-based subscription to Prime Video offered at a lower monthly rate when you commit for a fixed period of 12 months. 3. Where can I watch Prime Video?

9. Will there be any notification upon successful activation of Mega Add-Ons Prime Video?

Yes, you will receive an SMS upon successful subscription and a separate app notification via CelcomDigi app on log in detail for Prime Video access. The SMS & app notification will be sent to the mobile number that subscribed to the bundle.

Important to note that, you will need to activate your Prime Video account from the activation link in the CelcomDigi app notification inbox. Therefore, please ensure you have downloaded CelcomDigi app and register your account before subscribing.

10. I did not receive the OTP on my mobile phone to activate Prime Video. What should I do?

Kindly ensure that your mobile number is the same CelcomDigi mobile number used during subscription. The OTP will only be sent to the same CelcomDigi mobile number. For further assistance, please contact us via WhatsApp

 

11. Upon successful activation of these bundles, how do I log in to Prime Video?

Please follow the steps below to activate your Prime Video account:

 

On your desktop browser:

  1. Go to Prime Video homepage and select Sign in.
  2. Enter your mobile number to login (the same number you used to purchase the subscription).
  3. You will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) via SMS; enter the OTP onto the browser.
  4. Start streaming!

 

On your iOS / Android mobile app:

  1. Download the Prime Video application. 
  2. Enter your mobile number to login (the same number you used to purchase the subscription).
  3. You will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) via SMS; enter the OTP onto the application. 
  4. Start streaming!

 

On your living room devices:

  1. Open Prime Video app on your Living room device.
  2. Enter your mobile number to log in (the same number you used to purchase the subscription).
  3. You will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) via SMS; enter the OTP onto the application. 
  4. Start streaming!

 

12. I subscribed to Mega Add-Ons Prime Video. How long is my subscription valid for? 

The subscription will be renewed on monthly basis for 12 consecutive months, unless terminated earlier by user.

 

13. Can I subscribe to the Prime Video bundles multiple times on the same day?

No, you can only have one active Prime Video subscription at a time. To subscribe to StreamMORE Prime Video Add-Ons, you must first terminate your existing Mega Add-Ons Prime Video subscription. If your subscription is still within the contract period, early termination fees will apply. 

 

14. Can I use my Prime Video subscription on other devices? 

Yes, you can login on other compatible devices via the CelcomDigi mobile number used during subscription.
 

15. Can I use the bonus quota that comes with Mega Add-Ons Prime Video while roaming? 

No. The quota is applicable for domestic use only (within Malaysia).

 

16. Can I cancel my Mega Add-Ons Prime Video subscription at any time?

Yes, but you’ll need to visit our CelcomDigi Stores to cancel. However, if you cancel before the 12-month contract ends: 

  • No pro-rated refund will be provided
  • Your quota will stop immediately & you will no longer have access to it for the rest of the billing cycle
  • Your Prime Video access will be terminated immediately
  • An early termination fee will apply, calculated as:
    • An early termination fee shall apply in the event of contract termination before expiry. The fee shall be calculated as Recommended Retail Price (RRP) as featured in the Product Disclosure Sheet.

 

17. What happens if I terminate my postpaid line?

If you terminate your postpaid line, you will no longer be able to access Prime Video with immediate effect. There will be no pro-ration of charges, with full charges imposed. An early termination fee will also apply based on the remaining contract period. 

 

18. I have an existing Prime Video direct billing subscription purchased via other payment channels (operator billing/ banking card). Can I still subscribe to Mega Add-Ons Prime Video using the same mobile number?

No, you need to cancel your previous subscription before attempting to subscribe using the same mobile number.

 

19. My postpaid line is barred/ suspended. What will happen to Mega Add-Ons Prime Video subscription? 

You will not be able to access / utilize your Mega Add-Ons Prime Video benefits with immediate effect and penalty charges will apply.

 

20. Can I transfer my Mega Add-Ons Prime Video benefit from one mobile number to another mobile number?

No. The access/ benefit is not transferable to another mobile number.

 

21. I own multiple CelcomDigi mobile numbers. Can I update my Prime Video login to a different number?

No, the access is not transferable to other mobile numbers. Customers may only login to Prime Video via the CelcomDigi mobile number used during subscription.

If you have a different CelcomDigi mobile number, you will need to perform a new Mega Add-Ons Prime Video subscription using the new mobile number via the CelcomDigi app.

 

22. I am not a CelcomDigi customer. Can I transfer my existing Prime Video subscription to the Mega Add-Ons Prime Video subscription? 

To enjoy Mega Add-Ons Prime Video, you may port-in to a CelcomDigi Postpaid plan and cancel your existing subscription to avoid being charged twice. Once completed, you may subscribe and activate your Mega Add-Ons Prime Video subscription according to the steps above.

24. What are the terms of my access to Prime Video? 

By subscribing to Prime Video, in each case irrespective of whether you log in or complete the registration process for Prime Video, the customer (you) further agrees and confirm that he/ she has (you have) read, understood, accepted and agreed to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
